Like everybody else has said, a scam website. I kept getting status updates until my boots were stuck in customs at a local warehouse (this warehouse doesn't exist). After several weeks, I referred to my credit card provider and got reimbursed. Had to have my credit card changed. Don't understand why the website is still there.
Complete Scam, was supposed to pay £73.77 including free postage. Was charged £108.00. No email confimation and only discovered the extra cost when I checked my email. Assume have been charged as everybody else states the postage costs from wherever it is supposed to be coming. Says a Uk website and quick postage!!!
Please don't make the same mistake as me!
Have had to change my credit card as concerned that it has been compromised!
Agree that this is a fake website. Apparently my order is still on the “high seas” two months after ordering and I’ve had no response to my requests for refund. On their website returns page they mention non-Shein returns will not be accepted! Tells me everything. Credit card are investigating.
This is a fake web site. I can only re-iterate what others have said. It mimics the real Keen site pretty well. No goods are delivered and the tracking link in the order confirmation email doesn't work and the contact phone number isn't reachable.
Fake website, pretending to be Keen Footwear site. This site is STILL live. Beware. Took 82 dollars out of my account. Card cancelled. Bank informed. Google informed and now you're informed! : )
Criminals everywhere!
Ordered shoes - no email acknowledgement and no response to follow up email. Money promptly taken from my bank in US dollars.
One month later and still not shoes!
I ordered believing it was UK and my payment was converted to dollars, which also caused further costs.
There is no contact telephone number and the account doesn't record my order properly.
There is still time for delivery of item which apparently can take up to 15 days, suggesting they need to source and do not have in stock.
I have however requested cancellation of order and a refund and raised a dispute with my credit card company - due to lack of transparency of where you are purchasing from at present.
I will update my review further on the outcome.
Fraudulent website. One of the first finds on Google and looked legitimate to me. I’m now down $75
Appears to be a fraudulent site, fairly accurately copying Keen's other legit websites. Ordered late at night so didn't check carefully. Payment on Paypal appeared in US dollars to an unknown name. No email order confirmation. When I checked the invoice on Paypal it had been removed and marked potentially fraudulent. Then checked Trustpilot! Successfully recovered my money from Paypal thankfully. Avoid like the plague. Website now appears to be blocked by my browser.
This is a fraudulent website, ordered boots. they took the money out straight away. It looked like you were buying it in pounds sterling and as soon as you click the button, it reverted it to dollars. The email with order number on looked suspicious and on checking it out. I can only conclude I have been duped. They do not answer emails, and there is no other contact options. Would not give this one star, but have to leave a review. avoid at all costs.
I have bought from them then realised that the wording was worded boots and not footwear, should I cancel my card asap?
Adding my review to affirm that this is a fake site. DO NOT USE. I've reported it to my bank and cancelled card.
This company appears to be fake, the only contact is on their website and there is no response to any queries about orders. DO NOT USE
Everything appeared legitimate until I got to the checkout. Payment process through paypal only revealed a personal account as recipient of the payment and in $ not £. Aborted transaction, however they did require account to start process so they now have my personal details and no email to back up registration. AVOID!!
Fake site do not use.
Cancelled card, informed my bank, fraud department looking into it.
It’s a fraudulent website. They don’t disclose that it’s a company/warehouse based in China. I’ve had some ridiculous emails from them in the wake of the fraud. They charge more to your card than you authorise, and you get hit with a non-sterling transaction fee because they don’t disclose that it’s a foreign currency transaction. They deliver a lightweight valueless item instead of what you ordered. I’ve never been caught by a dodgy scam like this before, they are capitalising on the fact that these boots are not easily accessible in the UK.
