One of the most unreliable food waste collection services I have ever had the unfortunate contract to use.
This is my second summer of having missed food waste collections at my restaurant, resulting in a disgusting maggot infestation in my bin area. The bin has not been emptied for over 10 days with no joy getting hold of the company either direct or through my useless broker Waste Managed. This is a highly time sensitive matter especially at this time of year, resulting in missed collections creating revolting smells and maggot infestation. They NEVER wash the bin out so you can imagine how repulsing it is. I cannot wait for my contract to end and find a company that is deserving of my money.

Waste of time
Waste of time . I pay for a weekly collection but am expected to hold waste frequently for 2 weeks and not moan about it . Disgusting customer services especially through the online chat . I will be leaving. I would give a zero if I could
