I cannot thank Stephen enough on his amazing service at our difficult time,his patience and understanding was second to none,if it is possible to recommend someone when it comes to funerals they are first class.

From our first contact with Kenneth Keegan Independent Funeral Directors, their care, support, and attention to detail was second to none. Gordon Powrie provided a very thorough explanation of all requirements and procedures and walked us carefully and gently through the choices we had to make. There was no push to select any specific package or additional services, and all elements of our preferences and needs were understood.

Gordon was on hand to answer any questions we had and kept in close contact with us to ensure we were informed and prepared ahead of the funeral itself. From our side, there was very little in terms of organisation that we had to manage, as Gordon took care of almost every element of the planning, which was a huge relief during a challenging time.

On the day of the funeral, everything went very smoothly, with all our wishes being met, including the music, orders of service and the beautiful roses.

It was a huge comfort to our family to have had the services of such a dedicated and experienced funeral director, and we will be forever grateful to Gordon for all his support, and for making the worst of times, that little bit easier, after the loss of Allison, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.
