Do NOT buy from this shocking company

Do NOT buy from this shocking company. My son is between sizes and has worn and loved these for years being into motocross & sold at events. I ordered a man’s small and largest child size and tried the man’s small first which fits perfectly. Kecks will not exchange the smaller pair due to hygiene reasons. Be warned they will not refund or exchange any underwear so just be sure you’re ordering the correct size. Absolutely, shocking service. !

As stated clearly on our website prior to purchase, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on underwear for hygiene reasons. This policy applies to all customers and ensures that every pair we sell is brand new and has never been returned , tried on or opened.

In this case the item was not faulty or incorrect, it was simply a sizing preference. We understand this is frustrating, especially when trying between youth and adult sizing, but our policy is consistent and applied fairly to everyone.

I'm not sure how i feel...

I brought these due to the spoke about comfort in the fabric. My partner has every design in the boxers. The material really did live up to the expectation, it is soft and very comfortable.
However, I feel as if this brand have spent more time designing men's clothes.
The sports bralette has detachable straps on the back, which is pretty pointless and just causes the straps to ping off while bouncing (in my case, whenever I'm on my dirtbike). They have attempted to make the straps adjustable, but is not very strong due to the thinness of the strap. I have to tighten it every time i put it on. I am only a 38B, so I don't normally have this issue.
The thongs are comfortable and don't cut you in half (girls will understand) but the design is a bit strange. For example, if i pull them up how they are meant to sit on a woman, there's a lot more material at the back, making the back of the thongs to sit higher than the front. Which isn't a terrible issue, just slightly inconvenient as they go higher than the waistband on my kit. Making it visible if my top comes up.
There aren't as many cute designs for the women. Even though the men's have loads?
I feel as if Kecks needs to bring out underwear a bit more like Brazilian, so in between what they have now, and make sure i can buy the matching bralette and underwear. If not, there is no point.

Overall, I do like the brand, and will wear the sets but I am slightly disappointed with the selection of woman's clothes/socks. I also feel the design of some things need to be re looked at.

It’s worth clarifying that the bralette you’re referring to is designed as a lounge bralette rather than an active sports bra. Hence its name Lounge Bra, It’s intended for everyday wear and comfort, not high impact activities like cycling, which is why the straps and support won’t perform the same way as a dedicated sports bra. For riding or training, an active sports bra would always be the better option.

That said, your feedback on strap adjustability, thong fit, visibility under kit, and the current women’s range is all noted. We are actively working on expanding and refining the women’s collection, including improving fits, introducing more coordinated sets, and adding more variety in designs. Feedback like this directly helps guide those decisions.

We’re pleased to hear you still like the brand overall and are wearing the sets, even if some elements didn’t fully meet expectations. Thanks again for the honest review.

Awful customer service

Such a shame as my family like the products but the customer service has been terrible.
Item ordered for a Christmas gift. It has been worn once and has two large holes in it. This clearly makes the product of unsatisfactory quality yet they are refusing to take action to rectify. Very disappointed.

We do offer extended Christmas returns however this item fell outside of both our warranty period and our Christmas returns window.
