Got a 1/4 zip for Christmas and the zip has come off it. Been told nothing they can do. Not the quality or service I’d expect for a £65 item only lasting 4 months. Back to Ethika I go.

Tried to change my delivery address as…

Tried to change my delivery address as i put the wrong one down. I corrected it imediatley after order. But still sent it to the wrong address now i have to go to the wrong address and collect my order. Kecks said it wouldnt refund me or cancel my order as they said the process moves quickly and theres nothing they could do.

We do list the sizing clearly on the product page, including the size chart and that our T-shirts are designed with an oversized fit.

If you prefer a more standard fit, we’d recommend sizing down next time.

At checkout, you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is a 2–3 working day service rather than a next-day option. Based on that service, your delivery timeframe is still within the expected window.

Poor quality over priced

Poor quality over priced , I bought some fleeces for my self and the wife , both continue to bobble and look worse after every wash , my Sherpa fleece is the same also the pockets are to small I can barely get my hands through, also I bought about 8 pairs of the boxer shorts a few months ago and already 2 pairs have holes in and others have stitching coming away ,really disappointing ,I like the products but the quality isn’t there
