Scam company
Ordered over 3 weeks ago a skincare i saw online that this website sold. I hadn’t had any shipping updates after a good 10 days of waiting so thought maybe I should email them, I emailed them it bounced back, I went on their website to email again and they bounced back then it said they had a 24 hour customer service chat on the website when I tried to type it said error everytime. I found their instagram and message’d a few times on their posts and direct message and never heard back so unfortunately had to go through my credit card company now to get the money back. I’ve warned shopify as they sell their products too but I think they’re scamming people which isn’t good, luckily I only bought one item.
