Bought a Hyundai Tucson at Keary's of Cork yesterday and couldn't be happier. We first went there a week ago and met Conor who dealt with us from start to finish and was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. From agreeing the deal itself to updates including a personalised video throughout the week before we collected, we really felt he went above and beyond for us. We've never bought from Keary's before, it'll be our first port of call next time!!

He was personable, patient, communicative & knowledgeable about my possible future purchase.
He was both amiable & amicable with company professionalism.
I missed a turn on the test drive & his patience was wholly professional.
I bought my Forever Car & traded in my Go Cart Mini for a Hyundai: if it's good enough for An Garda Síochána lalala....thanks Alex.

Purchased my Mini brand new in Kearys Little Island in 2020. Paid extra for service package. In Aug 23 brought to Kearys for engine oil service . A few days later started having issue with Engine overheating on way home from 12 hour night shift, Opened bonnet to discover Coolant cover was removed during service and never replaced. Contacted Kearys told to top up with water . I told them I was going to bring it back to get engine checked. They said everything was fine . I emailed numerous times asking for written report on what was checked and never received response, I phoned and again never received reply I was promised. Very poor customer service!!

Found Kearys very easy to deal with. After finalising the purchase with Shane I found Saoirse and Gerard extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Found Paula excellent when purchasing a jogger recently. Had a few queries around spec and finance and changed mind a couple of times and nothing was too much trouble. Also delivered the car to the door and looked after couple of extra bits I needed. Would highly recommend and will use again

Purchased a 2021 Dacia Duster with Kearys online. Fantastic service from start to finish. Niall sent me a video of the car with all the details & kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, he made it so easy & hassle free. Car delivered to me in Co.Kerry in perfect condition, tank full of diesel & shining. Thrilled with it. All round excellent service, thanks again.

Google needs to have a zero star rating. If you want to be treated like dirt, Kealy’s Renault Belgard at 24 Belgard Rd, Tallaght, Dublin, D24 AH74, that's the place for you!
The business model seems to be “Do as little as possible, then ask for more money”
They are a disgrace to the Renault brand, and should be stripped of their franchise. They don’t have the knowledge or ability to repair the wheel on a unicycle without trying to ask can they check the other wheel for €100 more.

Purchased my 5th Renault car from Belgard recently and once again the customer service was flawless. Both Jess and Mick have been a pleasure to deal with and made changing my car very straight forward. Cannot recommend them enough.

I regret too say this is one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with in my entire life, I am in my 70s so it says a lot. They have had my car in kinsale roundabout branch 3 times for the Engine warning light and fobbed me off with loose wire connection or the light has gone out, days goes by and nothing is done no one contacts you or answers the phone, I can only suspect because it's warranty work, their not bothered . I am now going to sell the Hyundai and buy a VW! don't want anymore bother.

Why 5 stars?
In a state of mile neurotic panic, I rang Keary's garage in Cork on a Saturday morning for car advice. It was the patient, kind manner in which they offered me advice and help which was remarkable. On arrival at the garage, to be greeted with a smile and the offer of an on-site coffee was heartwarming. This helpfulness and genuine warmth was combined with efficient car service from start to finish. And so here my gratitude is expressed as a 5 star review

We had the best experience dealing with Kearys Cork when purchasing our first Hyundai.
Special thanks to Conor McManagan who was looking after our deal. He made us feel welcome, comfortable at the showroom when he presented us with the beautiful Ioniq 5 (which at the time was not our intention to buy at all ;), I'd been driving Mercedes cars. I must say that this was our best car shopping experience so far because Conor was so informative, passionate and happy to answer any questions of ours patiently.
We would highly recommend Kearys but specifically Conor who made our purchase adventure so positive and unforgettable. Today we absolutely love driving our Ionic 5 and who knows, maybe looking to purchase a new version in 2 years. Thank you, Conor & Kearys!

I tried to book my car in for a service. This is the first service since I bought it second hand 12 months ago from Kearys Hyundai. They gave me a price of €355 for a service. It was just an oil change and filter change and general check over of the car. Daylight robbery. When I said I was shocked by the price I was told they can give me a 10% discount. I will take it elsewhere going forward. I got my son's Fiesta serviced recently for €189. Price gouging by Kearys at its finest.

Very very disappointed with the customer service,which actually doesn’t exist!!!! Two times visiting,for buying a car ,two times not approached ,not even a greeting ! We will never get back to you ! I can’t actually find words to explain how ignorant the staff was !
