As far as their customer service, I'd give them a 5 STAR review! They are always there to help solve any problems. I gave them 4 stars because I am a very small business and the pricing is high. It's taken me a few years to create and somewhat learn the system. But after I put so much time and energy into building it, it's hard to leave. Hindsight...I would have used a smaller and cheaper CRM until I was generating more income before I signed up. Hiring people to help with the software end has cost me a small fortune and I'm still not generating enough money to cover the cost. I'm still working at the conversion rates.
The best customer service ever!
I spent an hour on with them on phone to understand how some features worked and to get some which didn't to work. Right there and then they got hold of their tech team and stuff got solved on the phone. No "we'll get back to you in 24h" - they got it done swiftly and were super-helpful and friendly. Totally recommend their phone support!
(Which by the way has a system behind that: if you call from the same number as last time, they will try to connect you automatically to the same person you talked to last. How awesome is that!)

There are over 800 CRM choices for a business. I have been with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) for 6 years as a customer and for 3 years as a Certified Partner with them. I won't claim to be unbiased because I like the product and especially the customer service. A CRM is worthless if you can't learn how to use it. Keap makes every opportunity to help its customers make the most of marketing dollar investment. I predict in a crowded field Keap will not only survive, but thrive based on the quality of the product and the way they do business.
Account Access
We recently had a change in personnel and was unable to access our account. I reached out to Keap for assistance and spoke with Mark. We were able to find our account. I wasn't able to change the password at that time to access the account so, Mark created a recording with screenshots to show me how to proceed when I finally do get in. He went above and beyond and I am grateful that he was able to assist.
Infusionsoft has GREAT support!
Infusionsoft has GREAT support! They know the product; they're very helpful; and they're available--either by phone or by chat--24 hours a day.
Also, I'm finding that many other apps integrate with them, apps including sales funnels, membership systems, and miscellaneous software tools.
My one nit is that their user interface can sometimes make it difficult to find features that you KNOW are somewhere in the product.

I had a great conversation with Lincoln this morning. I was in a hurry to get a landing page completed for a call in 30 minutes and in less than 20 minutes he was able to fix my issues and help me get it launched. He really went above and beyond to help me in a very kind professional way.
Customer Loyalty and Appreciation
First, I was extended forgiveness for payment for a couple of month as a result of Covid-19..
Secondly,I was assigned a customer satisfaction coach to help me select a campaign to help with bringing in more leads and income.
Thirdly, customers support help me get unstuck while building and publishing the campaign.
In conclusion, Keap has been great and have shown me their commitment to helping it's customers.

What can I say but it just works. It is the hub for my business and I could not live without it. Plus what a great company that truly cares about small business success.
Keap's total package of features are great for the price!
I had been looking at Keap for a long time and I really couldn't justify the monthly price. I'm part of a business group that brought a Keap representative in for a presentation to share the inner workings of this program. I was BLOWN away!! I had no idea how many features are available in one place. I've been in sales for over 30 years and I've always used a CRM and other tools to make sure my clients never fell through the cracks. Keap has an extensive CRM and MORE. Everything I need is in one place. The analytics and optin information gathering are outstanding. My only complaint would be, as of today, the landing page feature is not as strong as I prefer. I have to integrate another landing page service with this program to collect data. I feel they'll fix this soon and I'll be able to eliminate another service. BUT I will say, for everything Keap currently does... the monthly charge is very fair. I don't have to use multiple programs because most information I need to track is all in one place.

I’ve really liked the product and it has gone well, clearly it’s taken me a long time to understand it and there are some options I think it is missing(I’m sure every CRM has that) but the reason for the 5 stars is for the customer support, I’ve called about a million times and call lines are short, people are super helpful and honestly just good people!
