Treated appallingly at the entrance door to Keane's Jewelers. Collecting a watch after servicing. Asked reason for visit to shop by a man at the door. I was shocked. I said I had put phone down 40 seconds previously. But I was taken back. He insisted I tell him department I required. I asked why. The shop was empty this was not management of a queue system. Because of covid he said. And my telling you my business will help you with that? Outrageous, treatment. Further fuelled by another gentleman who could add no rational to this one extraordinary protocol.

Called to Keanes in Limerick today Saturday spoke to the Branch Manager Mr Aidan Lyddy we bought 2 rings with his expert knowledge. We could not be happier with the choice of rings that we picked. We would recommend Keanes to everyone and especially Mr Aidan Lyddy. MANY THANKS KEANES

The battery can be purchased and installed at two other locations in Cork City for €10, ROI is alive and well.

This is a lovely shop only bettered by the owners and staff .Went in to browse around at watches got speaking to Mr Keane and his son Patrick. Went back the next day deciding to purchase a Rolex watch only to see it had been sold. Talked to a lovely girl Christina gave her my phone no. To my great surprise Christina called me back within an hour to say she had located the very same watch at there Limerick branch which she arranged to have sent down to the Cork shop .When i went back to buy it every one was very busy the shop was full of customers Talked to Christina who put me on to Ger Keane a lovely man who sorted out everything and i left a very happy customer, can't wait to go back for my next purchase.
