I had an issue with an appliance that was 8 months old. Darrell provided great customer service in getting our issue resolved under warranty at zero cost. Darrell worked hard to get the best outcome for me and provided clear updates throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Initially ordered product from this company due to competitive price … would order again from them again and would definitely recommend. The Powrmatic Vision was delivered quickly and without fuss. Price of unit was competitive, however minor downside I received no info on delivery date.

Excellent service from Darrell who answered my questions about the Powrmatic Vision VertiCool 3.1 with great patience. He handled the order and a supplementary one very efficiently and the unit arrived, very well packed, on the day specified.

Needed an Air-conditioning unit for my home office. Wasn't too sure what I required but Darrell was very helpful, took the time to assist, and wasn't pushy for the sale.

Would happily recommend and use again.
