Unfortunately I can't reply to individual reviews here. It's well-known in the community that this firm rip people off. Unfortunately, the Council (maybe police) gave them a contract they should never even have. They take your vehicle and ask for money. They charged me £500 and then my car broke down in about half a mile. They even had the nerve to say did it have enough petrol in. The mechanics in the place are sound. The owners are well known in the Sikh Community. It's actually disgusting they have the nerve to have Guru Nanak's picture behind them. Completely against the Sikh religion what they do. It wasn't this date, because it's been going on for years with their contract

Awful customer service, avoid this place at all cost. The manager (sikh guy) has a very hostile approach and very passive aggressive. He thinks he’s something he isn’t. Sits behind a desk all day answering calls , Even spoke to some of their workers who agreed hes awful. Not abit understanding or any kinda of humanity. Very sneaky and sly sending letters that arrive 2 days late from release so they can charge you. This place needs shutting down.

Ignored. So glad I didn't have my children in the office. Customer service is not heard of at this work place.
Why why why do the police use these cowboys.
Never replied to emails.
And the whole experience is some of the worst I have seen.
Please please please and please again go somewhere else if you can.

Awful job. Work completed was not satisfactory. Had to take it elsewhere to fix. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!

KD Bros were assigned to recover my car by Start Rescue last Tuesday.
They were 20mins late of the recovery time , which was acceptable as I was the other side of Leeds during rush hour.
Kind, friendly & professional manner. ensured both my car and myself were treat with respect & an entertaining recovery home with a trade off of weird facts - my only concern the whole trip was how I get in or out the cab, being a 4:10 shorty was a challenge but hilarious too.
Thank you all at KD Bros - I hope I never need recovery again , but if I do I hope it gonna be your company

Absolute joke of a company do not even deserve 1 star they tell you your cars in one place when it’s in another then the staff are rude and use abusive language how they got a police contract is beyond me because as a director myself they are not someone you want dealing with the public with the abusive and threatening behaviour they use
