Jake Hodgson, who recently took over from Larna, who unfortunately left the company, continued to manage my late cousins estate with professionalism. He kept me fully informed and called me back promptly if I was unable to contact him straightaway. I've been very pleased with the excellent service I've received from King's Court Trust and would happily recommend them.

Chloe and the team were a massive help in getting my nan’s (Joyce) probate for her late partner processed. It was a long process but Chloe was brilliant throughout, she was always on hand whenever my nan needed to call and put her mind at ease every time.

Although probate is a lengthy process Kings Court Trust carried out the process in a professional manner.
Will B kept me updated on a very regular basis and answered emails and queries promptly. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would have no hesitation in recommending KCT to carry out probate.

I engaged KCT to deal with probate for my mother's estate. Despite a colleague leaving half way through, Aoife Croft seamlessly offered us an efficient, friendly and timely service. I highly recommend this company.

I was extremely impressed by Kings Court Trust in the handling of my sister's estate and in particular by Hira Mamoon who was designated to be the Personal Estate Manager in dealing with her estate. Her efficiency and professionalism made it so much easier for me as she kept me informed throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions that I had right from the beginning to the final settlement.

The first initial contact Melvin was very good. I was then asked to do a review where I gave them a good rating. Once I was allocated a Manager for my ex-husband’s death who passed in March 2024 it felt like no care was given to me and my vulnerability was exhausted to a point of no return in choosing KCT with dealing with the estate. The Manager was on training course hence I was left at the mercy of her being on training or sick. I went months of being passed on 3 temporary managers especially during the sales process of the property. It appeared that those who managered teams did not care. I give them enough notice of my voluntary church trip to Goa In October 2024. They sent me online system that was not compatible in India. I was in deep distress and both my KCT Manager and Melvin blocked me so I could not contact any one but still kept sending me the wrong program that did not work in India. Finally I managed to get a message to the estate agent and they saved my sanity. When I got back at the end of October 2024 I tried several times to speak to temporary managers who never bothered to read my file hence their input was a waste. I ended up in A&E at Northwick Park Hospital where my Blood Pressure was very high. I finally took the plunge and wrote to CE of KCT on LinkedIn. I also contacted KCT to leave a message about how fed I was and managed to speak to Kaci Worcester and she just dealt with everything made me feel like someone cared.
Between the message on LinkedIn in and having Kaci Worcester assigned to take over it restored my faith that there are good people who have empathy and professionalism.
However the DISTRESS for a 73 year client I feel that the months of neglect of people like myself were not treated well nor compensated for the months of DISTRESS I went through hence I am taking a stance in recording my review because change and accountability for organisations such as KCT needs reviewing of the highest calibre.
It has taken a few months to think it through before writing this review

The whole probate process was daunting but the support, empathy and approach taken by the team at Kings Court Trust took away my initial concerns and worries. It is a long process, but they kept us up to date, were clear on each steps and answered any questions with ease, whenever they occurred providing clarity and guidance each time. I’m very grateful for the support. Special thanks to K.Darby, for managing this and supporting me throughout.

Navigating Probate during such an emotional period can lead to stress and anxiety attempting to understand exactly what the process to follow is. Once I engaged KCT, I had a weight lifted off my mind. They articulated the process in a clear manner and provided updates throughout, Hamah Pick was outstanding throughout the process, and I was pleasantly surprised how quick the Grant was approved.

We appointed Kings Court Trust to administer our Mother's estate and were assigned Angela Thomas to manage the process. What we thought would be a fairly straight forward process turned out to be more complex and long-winded for various reasons. Angela did a great job guiding us through the probate process in a very professional manner. We had monthly Facetime progress calls which were an excellent way to catch up. Angela and Kings Court Trust provided an excellent service.

I had a very positive experience with the probate process. The team, and especially Connor Cogon, were knowledgeable, professional, and guided me through each step with clarity and compassion. He handled all the legal and administrative tasks efficiently, which helped ease a very emotional time for me and my family. His communication was prompt and clear, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate Connor's dedication and would highly recommend him and their services to anyone navigating probate.

The initial contact & approach from Hayley at Kings Court Trust(KCT) was very respectful, prompt, helpful & knowledgeable resulting in achieving the grant of Probate within weeks. Hira was appointed as my Personal Estate Manager to replace a colleague who left. This proved to be very good news as I no longer had to ‘pull’ for information she kept me updated, responding regularly as necessary. She dealt with what could have been an awkward situation effectively & efficiently & couldn’t have been more helpful.
I really valued KCT support & help during this difficult time. My 4 ⭐️ rating would have been 5 if Hira had been assigned to my case from the outset.

This company employs solicitors that have not got a clue about what they are doing, or how much money should be kept back. Then fills in paperwork incorrectly, which i was informed of by a staff member when i called up, to see what was happening.

Although this appeared to be simple I had no idea how much work went into this.
Connor Cogan was warm, charming and very thorough.
My thanks to him for all his hard work. If I ever need any help I will contact him again although I sincerely hope I will not need him again.

It was a difficult task to find, hire and trust any agency to handle the claimant needs I had, especially from another country. During a tremendously difficult time Charles and Ifzal were professional, responsive and thorough. I highly recommend KCT services and hope that they always deliver this high standard of service. Thank you again, Hilary S

After a very slow start, Chloe Chappel took over the administration of my late mother’s estate.
Chloe was efficient and responsive to the many questions and queries I had.
Chloe always came back with a detailed explanation of the progress of the estate
Well done Chloe

Chloe C looked after the estate and was brilliant from start to finish – professional and genuinely compassionate throughout. The estate was wrapped up a while ago, but I wanted to leave a well-deserved review. Would recommend Kings Court Trust.

Now reading the similar 1 star reviews with very similar issues to what I have been experiencing for nearly 3 years since my fathers passing, incorrect IHT filing, lack of communication, 4th case handler now who cannot pick up the thread, I want to know how to combat this and who is accountable I have informed the legal ombudsman.
