Constant delays, issues and damage to our goods
We used KCI logistics for transport services for around 10 months, quite frankly it was a disaster. Although our contact James was easy to reach, the we lost count of the number of issues we faced.
Invoicing was unclear and we would need to check carefully as many times we were charged twice, deliveries were missed and the wrong trucks were used resulting in failed deliveries. Most concerning are the times our shipments were damaged. Despite over 6 months of chasing, asking for case numbers, claim information, we never received any compensation for goods (8k+) that were damaged during transport. KCI logistics are a middleman utilising other logistics companies for transport, this often results in issues and potentially damage. I'd advise anyone considering using them to steer clear.
