I asked them to check my radiators since they were not heating up. After a plumber did a check (which costed 1500kr) they told me to change my radiators. The operation would have coasted me additional 14000kr. I had a bad feeling so I googled “radiators not heating up”. I fixed them myself in 30 minutes. I don’t know whether to call this sheer incompetence or dishonesty, either way I do not recommend them.
