My order was refunded without notice via email. I had to download the shop app to find out that I was refunded, a week after ordering. I was so excited to get my order and couldn’t wait to get my “shipped” confirmation email, but instead I had to find out via the shop app that I was refunded. I ordered the clip ins for a special occasion.

The hair is beautiful. I've been struggling for months to find good extensions for my wedding and these are perfect. They match perfect with my roots once I dye the ends of my natural hair to match my roots they'll blend seamlessly. I've been looking into extensions for months and stumbled on this brand after purchasing and returning a set of clip ins from another company. These turned out to be less expensive than the other brand I bought and better quality.

I'm kind of dumb when it comes to extensions and doing my hair and I was shocked at how easy they were to put in when I did a test run to see how they'd be. They arrived a few days later than I was expecting but that was a UPS issue and not an issue with the company. All in all I'm thrilled with my clip in extensions and will recommend them to anyone looking.

Love them! These extensions are great. Really thick and easy to put in. Wore them twice already and found styling them really simple and easy to do. Definitely worth it if you’re not sure about having them put in your hair professionally.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Completely transformed my hair with clip in hair extensions. I also use the leave in argan oil condition which smells amazing and makes me hair so soft. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would!!! These are the worlds best hair extensions I couldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!! I’m now on my second clip in pair, purely due to a colour change but these are the softest, longest lasting hair extensions and I could not recommend any more. The customer service is impeccable also! Whenever I’ve had a query or anything, they’ve always helped me in the politest way! I love these!!!
