I had a good experience with kbh.
They've taken over from waites at Peabody housing.
Waites were the worst company I've ever dealt with but kbh painted my house last week and met 4 of them in buckhurst hill Essex they were like mates rather than workmen.
No complaints here good guys and thank God waites have gone absolute jobsworth that lot.

Everybody from KBH that is done work on my property in the last year has been amazing, but last week I had the unfortunate experience of four work colleagues coming to fit just two windows in my property
That took some five hours

I’ve had one window fitted and that only took 40 minutes so I thought two hours, but five.
Sadly they could hardly speak any English . They literally treated me like I was a stranger in my own home.
They nearly let my dog out after I told them numerous times to close the front door.
Just by opening the kitchen door where the dog was kept and leaving the front door open.
They had no manners whatsoever they were just point blank rude.
When I went to check on them after they were up there for about 3 1/2 hours, they were just sat in my living room having a laugh.
They closed the living room door and actually looked at me like I was in the wrong for going in my room in my house. .
The brand-new windows that they fitted were absolutely disgusting. They’re so dirty.
I asked if they would clean them and they said they didn’t have any window cleaner
So brand-new windows were left filthy
They also asked if we had a ladder now I’ve never come across a window fitter that doesn’t own their own ladder.
They also was chucking stuff into my back garden while I was out there and not even say like here’s something coming. They just didn’t say anything at all so I then felt really uneasy about using my garden so I just sat in my bedroom.
This list is endless, but honestly, it was an awful the worst experience I’ve had!

WORST service I have EVER gotten. They installed a bathroom ventilation which simply exploded while I showered. They came and switched and then it was faulty again right after. I have sent 5 emails called 10+ times and after 2 months without electricity in my bathroom, still havent gotten it fixed.

Do yourself a favour and do not hire this firm. Bad service all around.

I had some small work to be done in the kitchen. Sent an email, got a response very quickly and before the afternoon I had them over and all fixed. Perfect communication via email and great service from the person coming to fix our issue. Would easily recommend them and use them again.

We started our business a little bit rough, because they left a message behind them, and they damaged my fence while getting in my yard, but eventually they did their job of fixing my roof fine and deserved a good rating

Great and fast service and the workers are sweet and nice! They came a little bit late but they called to inform me. They are fast on the mail to answer, and almost always takes the phone when I call.
They did the job good 👍🏻 and it works better than when I bought it. Definitely not last time I’m calling them! Thanks CPH service!

Complete scam. Their company performed illegal electrical installations for the previous owner of our property which were identified in an eltjek. They refuse to rectify the problem. Do not use if you value safety in your home and do not want illegal electic installations.

Update: I've spent over a week trying to get a response from the company. I've called and they say to write an email. I've written several emails and they do not respond. Terrible customer service.

The garden work provided was effective and professional and gardeners worked well as a team. They were customer-service oriented and prioritized what was most important.

DO NOT HIRE! Absolutely terrible. The worst craftsmanship I’ve ever witnessed. They sent two guys to do the job of what could have been done by one. These guys had so much trouble measuring it was ridiculous. What should have taken two hours took almost six. Even though using excessive amounts of time to measure and me standing helping them the entire time a lot of things were wrong. The shelves are totally scewed and tilting. Screwes are coming out of the wall as they’re not probably drilled in. The TV was hung ten centimeters below asked hight. They did not vacuum meanwhile drilling as one does when two people but wanted to do it after. Also they went on two smoking breaks. They also measured wrongly several times and drilled more holes and sawed away unnecessary amount of floor lists for the the gables to be put up. It was then wrongly measured so the gables had to stand outside the sawed out holes either way.

We if course contact customer support. That’s three weeks ago. They still haven’t called us back and no matter how many calls and emails we do not get any answer. So STAY AWAY!

Very bad service. A technician came to see my place last December to review the work and give me a quote, and since then I have not heard back from them.
I have reached out to them through email: no answer.
I have called the company, who told me to send them a message on their website (I still don't understand why they couldn't help me over the phone): nothing.
I have sent yet another email and still no answer.

If you want a professional service and customer oriented company, avoid this one.
Terribly disappointed.

Professional and friendly repairman, but overcharged on invoice...
Work is done after last minute reschedules, but to be surprised of charges more than double up the efforts..
Carpentry Repair work done in less than an hour and repairman giving 20% rebate on his efforts, still ended up with 1500kr invoice.

adjustment was offered to lower the invoice , so am not sure how logic is applied to how they produced the bill.
I settled the invoice just so to get it done and over with..
But still think this is overpriced for a work under an hour.

Professional and quick paint service. Highly recommended!
