You MUST get a better delivery company - one who will respond and update your customers not ignore them! 1 parcel arrived open, second lost, third welllll your guess is as soon as mine, HOWEVER the girls who do the live chat help resolve quickly! they cant be faulted but if EVRI did their part you would have a lot less complaints!

Do not buy from this company be warned customer service ignore all complaints fobb you off with excuses dont answer phones or emails keep well away

Ordered 4 boxes of warrior protein bars arrived but all out of date by two months contacted them email Facebook messenger and live chat all waste of time. I will be reporting to trading standards

Useless business to deal with.
First order was shipped and received (Very late) with the container opened and goods spoiled. After weeks I received a refund through PayPal.

Fast forward two years and I've stupidly decided to give them another chance. It's been a week and my item hasn't even shipped. Both times I've paid for next day delivery... God knows if it's going to even turn up at all... AVOID !!

My son liked this brand of protein bar, so I ordered a bulk order for his birthday! ... They arrived - two boxes of twelve bars and a box of protein cookies. All the boxes were damp, miss shaped and sellotaped shut - with yellowing sellotape... no bars were missing but clearly not stored and/or handled correctly - properly boshed about. How disappointing. The box that they were delivered in was dry and complete. Obviously, storage and packaging from the warehouse...

Placed an order, received it next day but only received half of the delivery. Still missing one product. I’ve tried to ring I’ve sent numerous emails but no contact been made. My next step is to cancel payment with the bank more hassle.
