Would give no stars if possible

Would give no stars if possible! Ordered probiotic suncream in a tube, received sample sachets of different types of suncream instead. Emailed my complaint to them still waiting for an acknowledgement from them. RUBBISH!!!

We think there’s been a misunderstanding here.

You ordered the 10ml version of Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun for £4, which is exactly what was sent. Our website clearly lists two sizes: 10ml and 50ml, and your order was for the 10ml travel size.

The sachets included in your parcel were free samples, which we add to many orders so customers can try other sunscreens at no extra cost.

We’re sorry you expected a full-size product, but the item you received is exactly what was ordered.

We’d also appreciate it if you didn’t post misleading claims about our business because of a misunderstanding about product size. We always send exactly what customers order.

If you would like the 50ml full-size version, it is available on our website.
