awful experience - stay away from them

We had our kitchen made with KBBC early 2015 and this was the worst experience:
-The price kept increase as they kept saying things were not included in the initial quote.
- The surveyor didn't check the kitchen plan, he staid 15 minutes just to collect our payment.
- The plans of the kitchen were completely wrong which created delays.
- They sold us features that cold fit in our kitchen, impossible to get them to take it back and get a refund.
- The appliances are really low quality; we also ended up with a fridge with no freezer area,
- We never got any answer to our emails.
- The value for money of the final product is not worth it.
I don't recommend this company.

Fantastic value and service

brilliant service and nothing is too much trouble for the customer service team. the installers are amazing and I have already reccomended KBBC to my friends.
