Stay far away from this company. I placed two orders and they flagged them as "fraud". I called to fix the issue, and they proceeded to ask for sensitive information over the phone that was completely irrelevant. When I took a second to pause and think about what they asked for, the person on the phone said "we are canceling your orders, send a check in" and ended the call. I believe they had malicious intentions and when I did not comply, they hung up.

I ordered a custom basketball clipboard for my boyfriend... Evan with KBA emailed me the same day I placed the order to start the customizing process! He was very helpful and sent two proofs for me to review because I wasn't sure what direction I wanted to go in for the design. Communication back and forth was very smooth and he responded in a timely manner each time. We sent a couple emails back and forth, and he was very patient and made all the changes I wanted until it was perfect! The whole process only took two days and was pleasantly surprised that I've already received shipping confirmation! I can't wait to receive the custom board to give to my boyfriend, I know he is going to love it! I highly recommend KBA to anyone looking for a custom clipboard. I would, and probably will be, returning to purchase again!
