Unhappy Consumer
I ordered 2 gift sets of the ‘Yum Pistachio Full Serving’ which was advertised as yum pistachio gelato parfum, yum pistachio gelato silk soufflé, yum pistachio gelato cashmere kiss, and a yum pistachio matching tote bag’ totaling almost $300. I was given the option to select a free sample and so selected Fleur majesty rose royale. When my order arrived the invoice indicated I was charged $4 for the free sample and no tote bags were included. I emailed customer service and was assisted by an unfriendly, curt, semi sarcastic, representative, who stated I was not charged $4 for the sample and they had run out of tote bags. She added that more tote bags came in so I will be receiving my complete order. A few days later I received 1 tote bag and responded back with a pic of my receipt showing the $4 charge and alerting I was still missing a tote. The representative responded I could only get 1 tote and she will alert the proper area of my $4 charge on my invoice. I am now a dissatisfied customer because I was assisted in a not nice/cordial manner and I did not receive what was advertised and I can’t do anything about it. This was unacceptable and misleading!

Underperformed
The ones i bought smells really nice, they just dont last. For the price of of these perfumes, you would expect the scents to last a few hours.. which is not the case. There are way cheaper perfumes, that performs a lot better. I am not impressed! I give the perfumes 2 stars.. and an extra star because the items were well packaged and delivery was spot on.
