KAYAK offered price comparisons through a partner website called ASAP tickets. Clicking the link took me to a page which quoted an absurdly low price for my trip, but it was just a come-on to call ASAP, which I foolishly did -- there was no bona fide price comparison. ASAP collected my contact information, quoted me the same prices for the same flights I'd already found, then proceeded to harass and spam me after I declined to buy from them. KAYAK misrepresents ASAP as a price comparison website.

Its a Scam! I bought a flight ticket and it wasn’t available but they took my money anyway, i called “airfare assist” and they were absolutely disrespectful and hang up on me.. I started a dispute with the bank to get my money back 😭 so much money!!

KAYAK is a SCAM!!!!!! I tried to book a ticket through kayak which was associated with airfare assist. After booking the ticket, they deducted the payment and I got an email advising that the ticket hadn't been confirmed yet. They asked me to call a US based number, which I had to pay extra for. When I spoke to them, they told me that the seats were no longer available at that price and asked me to pay double the amount. I asked them to cancel the booking, which they said they did but I never received a confirmation email. They told me the refund will be processed within 24 hours but I only received it after 4 days which was only due to disputing the transaction with the bank.

I checked the tickets online again after a few days and the same ticket was being advertised for the price that they told me was no longer available. I called the customer service again and they already knew it was me who was calling and hung up the first time. I called again and they started yelling at me for asking them why they were advertising the fake price. They said that the price advertised is not the final price and there is a disclaimer which was absolutely not true. They are SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

The Worst Car Rental Experience Ever

This was, without a doubt, the worst car rental experience I have ever had. Our confirmation email gave us the wrong address, so we took an Uber to the wrong place. After struggling to find the actual location, we arrived at the correct office—only to find it closed, despite our confirmed 6:00 AM pickup.

We waited outside in freezing temperatures for two hours, expecting them to open at 8:00 AM as stated on the door. By 8:30 AM, still no one had arrived, and they never answered any of our dozens of phone calls. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I did car rental booking on Kayak itself, card was charged several time by Expedia, no booking processed. Now trying to get transactions canceled by expedia.
Kayak is waste of time...

They have multiple flights listed on Kayak listing the lowest fees. However, none of them are real. After trying to check out and getting an error, I used their chat session. The operator gave me a rate for the same flight that was $200 more than listed and said the rates posted were "saved rates". After refreshing the page and going back in, the rates were still posted.

Round trip from SAN to NRT
Even thought ad said I could pick seat, once booked I could not pick seats.
While in NRT 24 hours ahead, I was not allowed to check in online or pick seats because type of ticket.
I would advise not to use Kayak unless you can get seats.

I used to use Kayak, but they advertise low prices and then when you load the website the prices are suddenly much higher. I would recommend if you read this review that you use Globus.
