Don’t Buy From Here!!! I bought a bundle of Sonny Angels, so excited as they advertise that the products are all “genuine” however totally not the case they arrived and are worse than the ones from Ali Express, literally look like a child has painted them, terrible!
Contacted them and they said it was a bad batch and they will “feed it back” offered me a 50% refund, only full if I pay postage to return the products to a random address in France, which I did because they were too terrible to keep and it cost me £10! 2 months later and the items were undelivered and sent back to me….. an absolute joke!! Be very careful, there are other reputable sellers to go through!

Ordered from here under the impression that their products they are selling were legit. They’re not. People who have made videos tagging or mentioning this company clearly have been sent proper ones or they’re amazing dupes.
I ordered back at the start of July, nothing turned up after 2 weeks. Couldn’t track my order which appears to be a common theme reading the other reviews. Emailed them explaining my situation and they just told me to essentially get a refund as I never made an order even though the money had left my account.
Requested a refund a few days ago through my bank and today they’ve shown up in the post!
All fake Sonny Angels! Heads off, wrong style film wrap. If you’re going to sell these products, you need to claim that they’re dupes/fakes/inspired by.

FAKE, DON’T BUY FROM THEM. 100% fake. Doesn’t want to be responsible for their own fake items and wishes customer to suck it up with those disgusting smelling and glossy smiski (fyi real smiski are matte texture and doesn’t smell). Every aspect of their smiski are fake: the packaging, red wrapping (real smiksi I have yellow wrapping), ugly fake smiski. I wondered why they are willing to refund 50% to keep the item, I now see.

Selling fake products, fake reviews on their website. Won't issue refunds. Do not trust them, I reached out to them multiple times regarding the authenticity of the product and they will not refund me, nor are admitting that the product is fake.. which it is.

Young girls love the brands you are selling, shame on you!

Basically a scam company.
I waited for weeks for my items to arrive (Smiski) and asked them to cancel the order after two weeks of waiting.
They refused to and said they would send it out the next day which they did not.
I then raised a dispute with my bank to which they then straight away sent out the items, but that wasn't the end to it because when they arrived they are very very clearly fake items.
I have a real one purchased in South Korea and this one looks ridiculous in comparison.

I ordered from KawaiiSphere expecting genuine items, but what I received was clearly fake and of very poor quality. The items did not match what was advertised, and it's obvious they were knock-offs.

When I contacted customer service, they denied the items were counterfeit and offered only a 50% refund – but only if I kept the fake products. Otherwise, I had to pay for international return shipping just to get a full refund, which feels unreasonable given the situation. They also claimed this was an isolated issue, but I've since seen multiple reviews from others with the same experience.

This seems like a deliberate pattern, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this website. Very disappointed.

This store sells counterfeit products, do not buy from them. I bought several Sonny Angels which were advertised as authentic, however came in boxes that looked different with several spelling errors, internal foil that was silver (original has branding) and the figurines were dirty and poorly constructed. When confronted through email, the store claimed ignorance and would not give my money back.

Received fake Smiski’s, and had a lot of trouble contacting them about this problem. After placing a bed review they asked me to remove it and on return I would get a refund. It has been several weeks since they promised a refund and to this day I haven’t received anything.

I ordered smiskis from this website and it said that it would arrive between 5-7 days. It arrived two weeks late in with the box in bad condition. When I opened the toy it was in a sonny angel packaging and the toy itself is noticeably fake. You can see this because it’s shiny, has misprinting, the head comes off and is overall just bad quality.

I was sent counterfeit and low quality items despite the website claiming that their sonny angels were guaranteed authentic at the time of purchase. They are fully aware that they are selling inauthentic items. They do not offer refunds as they lead you to believe on their website, they only offer a small percentage of the total cost back, or ask you to send back the fake items to their international address at your own cost and trouble. Please do not purchase from here. Please don't accept their partial refunds and instead file a chargeback with your bank to receive your money back!!

After ordering Sonny angels from this website after saying that they are a certified seller and quality, the sonny angels come and were absolutely atrocious. They were clearly fake, the paint job, the mismatch colours, everything was terrible. You could get better fakes if aliexpress. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I was you I would save your money and go elsewhere. Don’t even bother entertaining this website and sellers.

I would also give this website zero stars if I could. After ordering four sonny angels, I received them after two and a half weeks and it turns out they were fake. They have been promoting real sonny angels and did not give any indication that these were fake upon ordering. This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The products are FAKE. If it seems too good to be true it is; please don’t fall for this scam. Buyer pays return shipping if you try to return your items and I believe they are counting on you not even bothering because I’ve been quoted up to $180 to send 3 FAKE items back.
I was told, and I quote, “Unfortunately, a full refund without the return of the items is not possible from an accounting and tax perspective. We are subject to strict regulations that prevent us from issuing a refund greater than 50% without retrieving the goods.” DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wonder if they are subject to regulations preventing them from selling fakes and passing them off as authentic.

Do not buy from this company! They are selling counterfeit goods. My daughter bought three Smiski figures and asked the company to confirm they are genuine, which they did. When they arrived they were clearly fake. Kawaiisphere refused to pay the return postage for a full refund and the return address is in France, meaning the postage cost is almost as much as what the items themselves cost. I have reported them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud and would urge others to do so too.

UPDATE: After posting my review on TrustPilot my daughter was contacted by Kawaiisphere to ask us to delete it, in exchange for a full refund. We agreed (with the intention of putting the review back up once we had received the refund - something I can see other buyers have done) but have never received the refund.

This is a terrible company. The positive reviews on here have got to be fake because there is nothing good about Kawaiisphere. Please do not waste your money buying from this site!

I had purchased “Sonny Angels” under the advertisement that they were real. Upon delivery I soon realised they were fake, customer service has been shocking, there is a refusal for a full refund, I have offered to send them back although will not be covering the cost of postage myself, however they chose to ignore this. They have also admitted to knowing the supplier is the issue and that other customers have had the same experience. DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMY WEBSITE. I bought 3 sonny angels and they were all fakes. Heads came detached, no serial number and poorly painted. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Buyers beware. This is a scam. They charge full price for items to give the illusion that they are authentic items. Items are not delivered within the timeframe specified due to issues with supply. They also claim to post items from London, but it is evident that this is untrue.

I bought 3 Sonny Angels for my daughter. When they arrived, I noticed that they were counterfeit items without even unpacking the boxes. I sent them photos of the items and they claimed that this is an isolated incident. They offered a partial refund if I keep the items, or a full refund if I return the items tracked from Australia to London. Yet the return address on the envelope is in NSW, Australia.

I believe they insist on returns to London because they know that people will not incur the postage costs to send an item tracked to Europe and will accept a partial refund instead.

I am insisting that they provide a full refund. I am happy to return the items which are still sealed as long as they pay for return postage.

I received my product after 2 weeks - a Sonny angel hoppers and my product was 100% fake, the colors are completely off and the quality is extremely poor.
