Absolute scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE! I ordered Sonny Angels hippers which took over 3 weeks to arrive vs 1 week confirmed. Not only they looked a bit off - plastic colour of the body not matching skins tone of the face. Crap quality. I went then to buy legit Sonny Angel at trusted retailer and it could not look more miles away from the cheap pink plastic crap I received. Also the original one has Sonny Angel patent on the tummy (under clear double face sticker). I WANT IMMEDIATE REFUND, SCAMMERS !

After I placed an order the website said up to 3 weeks delivery time—no warning of that before. But order never arrived, no communication from the company and my emails go unanswered. The website says no refunds for non-delivery of goods (!). Of course the money was taken immediately. Avoid.

Scam website DO NOT BUY - ordered 6 items beginning of December & only received one terribly manufactured item, obviously fake, pictures on the website are ripped from a reputable site - customer service email does not exist no communication, coming to terms with the fact that my £100 is dead & gone, please don’t make the same mistake I did!!

Never received full order. Everything different to what the website posted images of. Absolute scam. Customer service ignore you. They delete my comments on their TikTok’s too. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Very expensive, haven't received my order and it's been over a month. Have tried to contact only to have automated responses which shows they don't care. Should have known it was sketchy from 'NO REFUNDS'. Don't use this website, you can literally get everything at MiniSo

scam. fake website, stolen images. don’t waste your money

I just got to see the items and EVEN THE PHOTOS of the products are from Aliexpress! These items cost like 1 to 4 € max. an they're reselling them for double or triple. Will not order from here ofc, just wanted to write this in a review so people would know.

I ordered two bracelets one for me and one for my boyfriend as a present, ordered May and it’s 8 July and has not been delivered. the order doesn’t even exist when typing the order number in to my local couriers website, so I think the order just never even existed. Contacted via email to try sort it, no reply, and contacted via tiktok, got two replies and then they started ignoring me. Asked for a refund so far have not recieved any response. Really disappointed wont buy here again.

Ordered an item and it never came (it’s been over 6 months since my order), when I confronted the store about this I was blocked on social media. Uses items that are just resold from genuine people for a higher price. Do not buy from here unless you want to give away your money for nothing in return.

Bought my best friend a bouquet and myself a jacket and she absolutely loved it and so did I! Everything was packaged beautifully and allowed for it not to be damaged! Would definitely order again!

I ordered the pj pants, the kuromi bouquet and the matching hello kitty/spiderman bracelets and i am so positively suprised!! It arrived already 8 days later (delivered to germany) and the quality is sooo good and its also packed very nicely (the bouquet). The prices are definitely fair for the quality!!

Bootleg items and using the trade mark sanrio name despitenot being officially licensed, they have also stolen images from a nail artist claiming they're gel/re usable
