I can honestly say the experience has been outstanding on every level. Communication is always fast, professional, and very friendly — which makes a huge difference when managing projects.

Their products are truly top quality — not just in my opinion, but also based on feedback from my clients, who absolutely love them. I always feel confident including them in my projects, knowing the final result will be both aesthetically beautiful and well-executed.

A big plus is also their support and willingness to help, which is something you don’t take for granted these days.

Easy navigation and trustworthy site referred by architects and designers

I recently purchased a dining table from Kave Home and, in terms of the product itself, I’m very happy with it. The quality and design are exactly what I was hoping for.
However, the delivery experience was very disappointing. On the scheduled delivery date, no delivery took place, despite me specifically arranging to work from home that day to receive it. This caused unnecessary disruption and inconvenience.
I contacted customer service to raise the issue and requested £20 compensation for the missed delivery. This was refused, and I was instead offered a 5% discount on a future purchase. I explained that I would prefer the £20 refund, especially given the experience, and also made clear that I likely would not shop with Kave Home again if this could not be resolved, but my request was still declined.
While I’m pleased with the dining table itself, the handling of the delivery issue and complaint process left me disappointed.

I bought wall panels. One delivery arrived with a broken part. I contacted you and you responded quickly and sent a new set.

I have now ordered a sofa and I expect it to meet my expectations in terms of durability and comfort.

I’m very happy with my experience with Kave Home. Their after-sales service has been outstanding — professional, efficient and genuinely helpful. They handled my issue quickly and with great care, which I really appreciated. It’s reassuring to deal with a company that stands behind its products.

I’m very happy with the bed frame I purchased. The design and overall quality are great. I do think the assembly instructions could be improved, especially when it comes to the hidden light, which was not very clear to install.

I also purchased a linen pouf that looked stunning online, but I was honestly very disappointed when it arrived. It is extremely lightweight and filled with small styrofoam beads, which makes it feel flimsy and low quality. This was not what I expected at all for the price. I paid €79 and would not have made the purchase had I known the type of filling used, which I do not recall being clearly stated in the product description.

To be completely honest, the quality feels closer to Temu than to what I would expect from Kave Home, which is quite disappointing.

Great customer service solving an issue promptly without any further discussions.

Excellente experienc purchasing an item through the Website. The entire process was smooth, intuitive and very well structure, from browsing the collection to completing the order. The website is beautifully designed with clear visuals and detailed product description.
