Item lost in transit, no refund, no replacement
Absolutely shocking. I ordered a £210 6x2 cage A MONTH ago and still haven't got it! Like other reviews say, they will not help you if your order is lost.
I order a cage and a few accessories in the beginning of August. The delivery was delayed but I eventually received a box with accessories in it. There was no cage which was my main order so I checked Fedex tracking and found out my order was packed in 2 boxes and the other box with cage was stuck in Belgium since Day 1. I live in the UK and the company is based here so I wasn't expecting their products to be delivered from oversea but anyway I contacted Kavee.
I explained the situation with 2 separate tracking numbers from Fedex. They had no idea how to check tracking properly and concluded my order was delivered and closed my case.
I had to contact them again and it took about another week for them to figure out and say "It seems your order was sent in multiple parcels!" They have no idea what they are doing...
They promised me to contact Fedex and open a case with them. They didn't and told me to wait ANOTHER WEEK then they would chase it up with Fedex...
At this point, I told them that I wasn't happy with how Alex (customer assistant I've been speaking to) was dealing with my case and I requested to speak to someone else. My request was completely ignored and every time I tried to contact them, I received silly, unhelpful replies from Alex saying "I'll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.", "Hang in there!(silly emojis)", "Rest assured, your order is A BIT delayed." etc.
They eventually told me that they escalated my case to Fedex but didn't manage to get any information from them! I had enough of their nonsense and requested a refund which was ignored. I told them I was no longer willing to wait and requested them to resend another cage but of course, they ignored it, refusing to provide any practical assistance whatsoever.
I've been reading their reviews and I can see other customers are having exactly same problems.
I am writing this review as I am not getting any help through their emails.
* Kavee, please do not reply to this review saying "we apologise for the delay", "We understand your frustration", "we will keep you updated" etc. You told me that many many times over the emails and that's not helping at all. I am requesting a refund or to resend another cage. Please inform me of your decision on how to move forward with this.
