Settles for low ball offers and without clients concent.

Extremely disappointed throughout the entire process. The only person that was attentive was the lady that signed me up. Speaking to my case person was like speaking to a therapist with the typical answers to my questions being "what do you think and want to do". I was given no direction and I had to initiate most of the communication. When negotiating started I was informed they would ask for full policy value due to my vertebrae damage. Then the next conversation I was of the low ball offer from the insurance company of 5 percent of the policy limit and they would counter. I asked why so low and I was told the typical settlement is 2 to 3 times the payout for medical payments. Of course I wasn't aware of how much that was and they couldn't tell me what that was. They came back with saying the secured 15 percent of the policy and advised a accept this. It was so low I didn't even know of it would pay my portion of the medical bills. I asked for a breakdown and received no reply after several email requests. I ended up looking up all the email addresses I could find and sent a mass email requesting a reply. I got one. I found this firm went ahead and accepted the ridiculous low offer and upon getting the medical billing they didn't even receive one time those cost. My portion of all this hassle was less than I bring home in 2 weeks paychecks. This is a firm that would prefer to settle than get the amount you deserve for their easy way to collect.
