Above and beyond, constant email communication on both sides
Constant communication via email, specifically saying what was out of stock and whether I wanted an exchange or a refund, what was damaged stock and did I still want it. They sent several invoices when I wanted an addition to my order.

My Mistake!
I ordered some Christmas projects and was concerned when I didn’t receive them within a couple of days which was most unusual for Katy Sue designs. I sent an email making enquiries as to my order and almost immediately received a reply. To my horror I realised that I had rather ‘jumped the gun’ as I had completely forgotten that I had ordered on a bank holiday weekend. All correspondence was very politely worded and my order arrived the very next day.
I have been pleased and delighted with all the products that I have ordered from Katy Sue, quality is always first class and the delivery service is excellent.
