I noticed another player posted his review in July and here I am in August this was just 20 minutes ago so these creeps have been doing the most!! I trusted my host as well. What bums!!!! As we speak i was in the middle of speaking with a so called host from Kats casino. He said Kats shut down and didn't want law suits coming at them so they wanted to make it right. He asked what my balance was in my account, I called his bluff and gave a balance which was incorrect. This fraud asked for my card number cvc expiration date, well I just changed banks and this guy tried purchasing Bitcoin with the fake balance I gave him. Lololol. Well laughs on them and what a disgusting way to rip people off!!! Get this he said they’re only calling VIP members and I'd be getting $3200 back from what I had spent the entire time I had played with Kats. Come on I'm not stupid!!!

Just got off the phone with my host that I've talked to many times. Telling me the company is being sued and has to return all the money I've put in. However to get the money, I'd have to do a transaction for 500 bucks???? SCAM TIME

I just got scammed out of over $1000. My host of a few years called and said that the casino had a judgement against them and had broken some kind of online gambling laws and that they had to return the money I had deposited over the last few years. $9800. But there was a transaction fee. There was a lot of back and forth about how much I had to pay and I was dumb enough to fall for it because I trusted my host. I feel like such a fool. Don’t give Kats Casino the time of day. And I feel sorry for people like Victor. I can only pray for him but God knows who he is and will deal with him accordingly.

The site is so bad I couldn't even sign up for account as it would not provide me with the OTP code via either SMS message or email. I've called numerous times to no avail, they say try their chat, it's unmanned, I sent them an email nothing back from that either. If you can't reach them before you create and account that's nothing but trouble.

They are definitely lying scum bag scammers at this casino. I’m definitely interested in joining any lawsuits against them.

I only gave one star because They made me to leave a review! I highly don’t recommend using this website, if you want to waste your time and money just walk in bathroom and flush your money down the toilet. Oh and make sure you sit and wait for it to come back up……… !!!!!!!!!Because that’s what your gonna do with katscasino anyways! Nothing but a scam. I have been waiting since nov. 2024 for 1500.00 pay out 60.00 fee for wiring it to my account hasn’t happened yet ask me for the same info. Over and over and when I did the whole check list all at once 11/2 months ago they just keep putting me off.

Kindly wait just a while longer.. get used to hearing those words constantly if you are waiting on a withdraw request, how they are able to say 72 hour payout guarantee, yeah right, it’s not even 72 DAYS!! Just infuriating to have to spend so much time chasing your money that they will never pay, aghh… but I found an attorney that has a serious problem with these types of sites and the stealing they are doing, I have copies of every email and screen shotted every single chat session with all their broken promises and still nothing paid out, attorney is trying to organize class action lawsuit against them for the wrongful practices and have them shutndoen

I won over $2,000 and they will not take my calls. From the reviews it doesn't seem like it would matter if they answered the phone or not. Learned my lesson!

This casino is the absolute worst I have come accross. I have been waiting to get my monies of 300.00 for 7 months now. I even opened a bitcoin account because I was told that I would get it faster and its been a month since giving them my bitcoin wallet info. Its a total scam for sure.

Don't waste your time!!! I used a coupon and ended up hitting a 5k jackpot. There was a 10k playthrough which is whatever but I satisfied the plaything with 500 to go and they took all my winnings "2.5k+", gave me 100 and told me there is a limit of 100 withdrawal.

Why take my winnings??? Such trash casino. Waste of internet space!

Thousands of dollars just disappeared from my balance leaving me with just $79.00, even though I had just won a nice jackpot! For this reason and the extremely poor customer service (C.S.). C.S. was unable to help me get cashback or give me information on the lack of 25 free spins daily. Also refused to put on the chat line even though I asked repeatedly. For this and other issues, I will never play at your casino again. I don’t expect to hear from you again.

Playing on this casino is the worst experience I have ever had! I have been waiting for 2 months for my winnings! They just keep telling me that they're having problems with their "3rd party funds wiring system" and they apparently cannot wire funds to anyone's account!! But, they have no problem receiving my deposit immediately over & over. IF I USE BITCOIN I can get my money, but I refuse to do this!!
The funds I won have already been reduced from $537 to $165 because of their claims of taking their fees to send me my money, I can't have everything I actually won, and then because I made another deposit after my withdrawal request, I lost another $135 for some reason...my winnings have been whittled down to a measly $165.00!!! And I still haven't received any of that!! Every week I phone, email, you name it and I get told the same thing... I'll get my money...they will definitely be sending me it soon!! Soon never comes!! Withdrawl for $3000 was approved in January, I was told because of the amount I would be paid installments of $500 per week. 6 months later I still have not been paid out for the full amount customer service is useless calling or chatting. Avoid this site at all costs seems like a scam
