Welcome to Katie’s Pet Heaven! My name is Katalin Balatincz and I have been working in this industry as a qualified dog groomer for 22 years since I have earned my degree in my home country in Hungary. I have worked in the UK as a mobile groomer since 2016. Year by year I try to expand my knowledge more with different courses; I am also interested in Asian fusion freestyle grooming. As of 2020, with thanks to a high demand of old, loyal and new clients who return to my service, I have been able to push my business even further and open my own salon. The side of the salon has free parking for customers available at any time. Katie’s Pet Heaven will always welcome any size and any breed of cats and dogs. I will always strive to find the best and new different grooming techniques and products to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction. My business aim is to always give the best standard of service, whilst giving your lovely fur babies the care and attention they need.

Great 1st time experience
Easy to book, felt confident with the checks they carried out. Friendly staff and as it was the first time for my dog, and my first experience, the atmosphere was welcoming for both of us. Groom was excellent and sympathetically done, he didn't lose his character, my dog was happy and relaxed with the experience.

My girls look awesome, feel fantastic, and smell amazing! They are Shih Tzus, and they are not the best at submitting to anything; so, the fact that they can return home looking so fantastic and not stressed out is a huge accomplishment on your part!

I took our puppy for her groom today and she came out looking amazing. Katie did exactly what was asked and by far was the best groomer we’ve ever used. Layla came out happy and bouncy, whereas with past groomers, she has left shaking and upset. Thank you so much this will be our regular groomers from now onwards x

Wish I'd found Katie's before I went to another groomer in Crowthorne in January, got charged £60 with them for my small dog, and no where near a good a job as Katie's who charged £38. Will be going to Katie's from now on. Many thanks for making Dora even more beautiful than she already is!

Both my dogs look amazing, I’m really pleased with the service, this was their first time today, the staff were very friendly and the grooming salon is very well decorated with lots to keep the dogs entertained, we’re so pleased with booked in with Katie’s pet heaven again, 100% recommended

Great experience, a real dog person.
I have a temperamental cockapoo who really doesn't like being groomed. Many other groomers had voiced concerns, Katie didn't even hesitate, "bring him in, he'll be fine". She has a great way with dogs, he fought, as expected, but she did a marvellous job. I'll be taking him back for sure, hoping he gets more used to her over time.

Professional & Friendly
1st visit with Katie today for our 5 month old Cavapoochon puppy. Very professional and superb job. Katie was very patient as he didn't like the dryer too much. He came out looking very handsome and smelling great too!! We would highly recommend Katie's Pet Heaven and have booked in our Cockapoo aswell 👍

Excellent local dog grooming
Katie took care of my blind from birth Rough Collie beautifully. The groom was exactly how it should be….no over cutting, lots of stripping out, and she followed the perfect Rough Collie shape. I would highly recommend.

Friendly and professional grooming service. As a nervous dog owner whose dog can be a bit of a pickle at times Katie put our minds at rest and was excellent at grooming and looking after our dog. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
