Confusing information
Just an update I gave you 5 stars , apparently the instant bank withdrawal was a trial so now it takes 2/3 days to receive, plus when I changed my bank account I was told to get a letter from my bank … that doesn’t happen in the digital age , it took then four days to sort out , maybe try and educate the live chat … to tell customers the same thing .. I’m confused I’m sorry if I don’t know the details I won’t be using again

I honestly thought reading Katie's story that this would be an honest bingo site, how wrong was I.
