Frustrating "replacement"
Honestly, I ordered a colorful bouquet of flowers. My orderer information should have made it clear I am personally in the US. I was asked for input on how to overcome a shortage on the florist's side, and they went ahead and replaced it with a pure white option that looked very funeral-like. It was beautiful, but not what I wanted or what my recipient would have received if they had waited for feedback from me. All and all, I'll try someplace else next time.
