Very nice product but advertised on site hassle free returns, not my experience, emails 3 times in the past 5 days and no one has replied
Returned 2 bras in January 2022 but never received a refund. Eventually received replacement bras in July 2023 thanks to assistance from Michael in customer services. Quality of bras received is fantastic and would now happily buy from them again.
Shocking company! Ordered over £500 worth of lingerie and received nothing for well over a month! Emailed and messaged over Facebook.....no response. Ended up getting a refund via PayPal. To not even acknowledge a customer is appalling, will never buy their products elsewhere again
I have also placed and order with this company and the money was taken immediately but I have not received my purchases despite chasing numerous times. I have not been able to contact them by telephone and only had one response from my many emails stating that they are short staffed. I am now contacting my credit card company to try and recoup my money. I will not be ordering from them again.
Placed order in Jan 2022, received confirmation and money was taken straight away….. but nothing has been received as of 21 March 2022. Have left countless phone messages - the number given is never answered, but no reply. Have sent several emails but no reply. The website states low staff levels and move of warehouse are causing delays but 9 weeks wait is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, especially with no personal communication. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.
I have previously had good experiences with this company however my most recent is so bad I'll not order from them again. I ordered 8 items in November 2021. Four were received after a month with an explanation that things were slowed down due to the owner being ill. I agreed to wait a little longer for the four out of stock items. Of the four items received I immediately returned one that did not fit (22/12) and have still not been refunded for this item. Of the three I kept, I noticed a fault in one and contacted them to ask about an exchange otherwise I'd be returning all 3 items. After several more emails and contacting them via social media Katy herself emailed me (2/2) to apologise for the many issues with my order and flagging it with another team member as a priority to be sorted. Due to still not having any answer about an exchange I returned the other three items mid-February and asked for a refund of my entire order. I have had no contact from the company since 2/2 and still have not been refunded. I can understand delays but the lack of communication really is terrible.
Their products might be good, i dont know, but their service and general attitude is terrible. I ordered online, items were dispatched, but tracking proved it was returned to them within hours by the courier 'insufficient paperwork.'
By email they simply denied this was possible as their process was perfect, then ignored all messages and took their phone number off their website 'we have a staff shortage.'
Fortunately i paid by credit card so can gain recompense and have alerted the credit card co, but do not buy from this company, they do not act in a responsible manner.
