Very bad and shocking experience.

I ordered two heritage bloom bangles and only one piece received!
How irresponsible and shoddy service is this?
These are not cheap and surely the parcel would have been weighed accurately before dispatch to reflect there was two bangles in it instead of one.
Still awaiting customer service to respond.

St Pancras international store The counter staff either couldn't or wouldn't understand my query regarding earrings (the later) So I left, only to see the security guard called over by the counter staff to enjoy a good laugh. I don't think the problems mine, the girl was clearly being awkward for fun, and I will never buy from the brand again. Please stop hiring immature silly girls.

Don’t buy from here unless you want to pay twice

This is the first time I have negatively reviewed a company. I recently ordered two identical items (one each for my two sisters as a gift). Only one arrived. According to their investigation the order was packed correctly and the packaging hadn’t been tampered with, so there’s nothing more they can do. This simply isn’t true as I have no reason to lie as I’m not a scammer, I’m a customer who wanted to buy a gift for my sisters. I have asked for some proof of the investigation as I would like to know what has gone wrong as much as anyone else, but nothing has materialised.

I would like to cancel the whole thing but of course I only have one item to return. I’m so shocked and dismayed to be treated like this and now my messages are being ignored so I have no option but to post this publicly. Don’t buy from here if you want to receive what you paid for is all I can say.

I love Kate Spade but slightly disappointed

I absolutely love Kate Spade,it's one of the brands I truly adore, and I own many of their bags. The quality is always fantastic, and their designs are so well thought out and beautifully made. However, with this particular tote bag, I felt a slight disappointment.
The bag is lovely and a good size, but there are a few downsides. First, it doesn’t come with a long handle, which is quite disappointing. Second, it arrived without a dust bag especially unfortunate because the bag is light in colour and will get dirty easily without one. Third, the base would have benefited from small protective studs or legs to prevent it from getting dirty when placed on the floor.
Considering the price I paid, these missing features were unexpected, especially from Kate Spade, which is regarded as a luxury brand. Even though it was a sale item, I still expected better.
The packaging was very good and the item was well-protected. It also arrived quite quickly, which was definitely a positive.

Misleading, incorrect description

Bought a bag from Kate Spade online. Description of bag states it has detachable straps (plural). The bag only has one detachable strap. The other is fixed. Had the description been correct, I would not have bought this particular style.

Contacted customer services explaining the difficulty in having to return the item due to it being delivered to an address where someone would be available to take the delivery. To return the bag means extra expenses, it is time consuming and causes a great deal of inconvenience. There should be no need to return an item for the above reason.

They made no apology for their failure to ensure products are accurately described or reassurance they would ensure the item details were corrected appropriately.

Shockingly poor from a company selling expensive products.

Online ordering no issues

Nice range of jewellery, and prompt delivery. Bought earrings a few times as gifts for friends, as well as a pair for myself. and have been pleased with the quality. Overall they seem fairly priced.
