Order never received and no response from store
Never received product ordered and paid for. Have made several attempts to contact company by email. No response. Do not order from this shop. I have held off rating my experience in hope the store would respond. Item ordered in first week of October 2024 not received nor any response from store as of today 11/15/24.

I haven't received my order and they have not responded to my emails asking about my order status

Fabrics as described and of good quality.
Two weeks after ordering I followed up as my order was shown as pending allocation. When I ordered there was no mention of out of stock. Surprisingly when I called I was told it was ready for dispatch that day. As I was able to track my parcel through ‘shop’ app I know it was not dispatched for another 4 days. Happy with product but disappointed with time line.

I ordered on April 11, 2024 and received a confirmation of order . I did not get a shipment confirmation though . I contacted the vendor after 1 week and was told it would be sent that same day by express . Still no tracking information sent to me and still waiting and wondering .
