I bought the snow floor material, it looks nothing like what was advertised. I’m looking for a full refund.

I just used Kate Backdrop for the first time and was so impressed by the quality. Prior to ordering I was nervous because it was a custom item but the customer service offered by vina and the quality of the item are fantastic. I can't wait to take our photos now!

This was the second time I have ordered from Kate Backdrop. Unfortunately on this occasion Yodel completely messed up my delivery, however , nothing was too much trouble for Kate Backdrop customer service, who saved the day for me by sending an entirely new item even before they had the first one returned.

My latest Christmas backdrop arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The quality and colours and composition of it were probably the best I’ve seen! Deep reds, candles and lamps that look like they are lit! Basically the perfect Christmas backdrop.

Huge selection of backdrops in many colours, sizes etc. Good quality fabrics - just steam them once out of the packaging. I have been using these backdrops for years and they are some of my absolute favourites. Fast postage too.

After going from company to company trying to find the best backdrop, I finally found my perfect fit. I love that the material is so easy to steam so it is completely wrinkle free. It can be cleaned when needed. I can’t go back to any other drop. I also have a couple rubber floor mats that I love. The customer service is 5* too. I will be recommending to all my fellow photographers

I have bought several photography backdrops from Katebackdrops before and I have always been pleased with the quality of material and the print. This is the first time I have ordered from them custom made photography backdrop 5 ft x 7 ft based on the picture provided by me. The quality of the print exceeded my expectations, the backdrop not only is absolutely excellent in every aspect (quality, print) but also arrived very quickly. Moreover the customer support was superb and very friendly, they helped me with the design and I am very happy with the final result. I am truly impressed and definitely will order more backdrops from them.

I have a few backdrops (purchased from Amazon) from Kate. Recently had a job that required a custom backdrop at short noticed and these guys rushed it through so it arrived within a week of ordering (shipped from China to the UK!!) Absolutely recommend them- great service and good quality backdrops

Lovely backdrops, always high quality and quick delivery

Do not order from here. They are a scam company and all other positive reviews are fake. We made the mistake of ordering from them. The product never arrived and we had no response after constantly chasing. Once I started posting on their Facebook they sent me Facebook message to say the order had been destroyed as we weren’t in - complete lie - and then went on to send a link to a fake courier tracking service to say it was in it’s way. When questioning that, they kelt avoiding it. Very strange. Do not order from here ever!!
