Katchakid installer, Chris was very knowledgeable, and professional. He provided information to myself and the next door neighbor as he installed our pool covers. We both had raised beams, raised spas. I have a sunken Cabana area which required some adjustments to make it work but in the end, Chris made it fit like a glove! Both covers look great and I give Chris all the credit for making it happen!

I found the Katchakid online and contacted the company to set up the installation. I had to wait my turn, but it was worth the wait. Joe of J and J pool safety was an awesome person and installer. The product is very well engineered and the installation was flawless. I highly recommend using this product. It looks great on our pool, is very easy to remove and install. Best of all, it protects the grandchildren!

The install was quickly and efficiently completed and the workmen were very professional. Love our new net.

As a customer, what is important to me when dealing with any contractor is prompt, courteous and informative return texts and calls. Joe ALWAYS returned my calls and texts almost immediately to answer my questions and provide updates. The product does take a while to initially arrive, but the time frame Joe provides is pretty spot on. I ordered my leaf cover in May, Joe came out in mid Aug to measure, and I had the cover returned to me and installed early Sept. Don't be turned off by the long turn around time. The product is high quality and the service is unmatched.

Had a great fence installation experience. Carlos and Corey arrived on time (driving quite a distance to my farm west of Houston) and installed the fence very carefully (measure twice, cut once as I was taught) yet efficiently. They answered all my questions and cleaned up area after. And the fence not only looks great but will give my family peace of mind with one grandchild and another on the way.

Excellent installation and training service for this important and effective pool security product. The installer (Santos) work efficiently and wrapped up the whole project in 6 hours. This included the leaf mesh cover as well as the security net. I had already installed a KatchaKid on another pool 17 years ago, for our youngest children. This one is for the grandchildren, and also peace of mind when we are out of town.

When I began my research on purchasing a pool net, Mason was helpful in explaining all the steps in getting a quote- and then getting set up for installation.
For all the questions I asked, he had an answer to back it up, along with photos and videos.
When the day came for installation: Carlos text me as he was on his way to install the net. He was very professional and kept me up to date on the process of installation. When the time came for him to explain the process to put the net on and take it off, he was so patient and explained things slowly and encouraged me to take videos/notes. He walked me through the process and then let me do it a few times to make sure I had all the steps down. I now have peace of mind for my grandkids when they come to our house.

After doing a lot of research on pool covers, I settled on Katchaleaf. What a great decision! I couldn’t be happier. From the sales call to installation, this company was nothing but professional. All questions answered. Fair and competitive pricing, and excellent communication the entire time, including follow-up. Our installer was Carlos and he did an amazing job. The covers are completely custom made right on sight. Precise measurements, exceptional workmanship and a custom fit for our freeform pool design. Everything was explained and demonstrated before Carlos left. The installation took about 5 hours. I really wish I had found this company years ago. Highly recommend their products.

I had a no-frills 10-minute quote from Bob 6/23. I wasn’t blown away but I was quoted a 10 day turnaround timeframe, so I’m thinking this will be done around 7/3, and I really needed the sun coverage ASAP so algae wouldn’t ruin the rest of the swim season. Long story short, after 2 same day cancellations, my cover wasn’t actually completely installed until 8/13…. And it still doesn’t give my pool enough sun coverage to stop the algae. So now I have a $1700 shade sail for a pool cover that’s really only good for keeping out leaves.. just leaves, it lets dirt pass through easily. I will say that the 2 guys that came out to do the actual installation were really great. They were nice and very efficient!
If you actually need sun coverage- this is not the cover for you. If you don’t want 2 huge Styrofoam balls to hold up your cover forever in the middle of the pool… you’re going to need to go with another company ☹
If you want a company that values your time… keep moving.
