Unprofessional
The company I work for was in the process of onboarding some of our services with KatalystOS. Our representative, Nicole, was scatterbrained and inconsistent. There were large gaps in her communication with us, ranging from a few days to full weeks, just to be met with excuses from her such as "you know how the restaurant industry can be!" The communication between her and our other representative, John, was pretty much nonexistent. We filled out every form that Nicole sent over, and sent them to John as she instructed, only for her to circle back after days/weeks of silence to tell us yet again that we had not filled out the form. This happened several times, to the point where we were fed up. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we received an invoice from John where we were being charged a bunch of hidden fees - we had been told this would be completely free. I would not have written this review at all just based on that - however - despite us being very clear that we do not wish to move forward over a month ago (almost 2 months ago now), John has been PERSISTANTLY calling our sales office and our GM's cell phone since. He keeps asking to speak with our GM as to why specifically we decided to not move forward. Today he called again, this time stating "We need to speak with your GM regarding why he decided to not move forward, because we put a lot of work into this for you." More effort has been put into harassing us about why we aren't interested in their service than was actually put into onboarding us.
