Bad quality of product (wooden bird)

Bad quality of product (wooden bird). The customer service couldn’t help to replace or fix it as I didn’t have the receipt anymore. Even though I sent pictures to proof it is an original product they wouldn’t help. Who keeps receipts for kids products for over a year?! I’m absolutely not satisfied with the quality of the product and even unhappier with the customer service follow up. Therefore I cannot recommend buying a KAS Kopenhagen product.

Perfect customer service!

I bought two beds from KAS and I’ve been very happy with them - they are both beautiful and functional. Unfortunately, one of them broke, but even though I bought it through a third retailer, KAS’ customer support have gone above and beyond to help out. So they really turned a sad experience into a great one! Next time I’ll buy directly from KAS that’s for sure. Can warmly recommend!
