CONSUMER WARNING: My experience with KarZ was extremely concerning. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered condition issues, including missing spark-plug mounting screws and other problems. I also experienced problems with the payment process, including a payment I made directly to the dealership that was not properly reflected in the payment history, along with discrepancies between my contract and reported payment amounts.
The vehicle was later repossessed, and I had additional concerns regarding the manner of the repossession and the handling of my personal belongings and documents. I have receipts, payment records, photographs, and other documentation supporting my concerns.
Consumers should thoroughly inspect the vehicle, verify every payment, keep all receipts, review the financing documents carefully, and document all communications before doing business with KarZ. 12002 Garland Rd., Dallas, TX 75218.
