Mostly great, but some improvements would be even better
everything being integrated is great, I'm able to do most everything I want to. Email deliverability has been pretty solid too. Tech support has been able to answer any questions I have. I'm fairly tech savvy so learning the platform wasn't too difficult.
A couple of things I would love to be added:
I wish there were individual drip setting for each access level in memberships. Video uploading and processing takes 3x longer than other platforms and may log you out and not save any videos if you were uploading multiple and it took too long.

I am not getting the support the program that I signed up to now doesn’t have the features that I first signed up to that now I have to upgrade to get service and basically I feel like all the money that I’m putting in plus it’s in Australian dollars so it’s so much more and I’m not getting anything out of the website and I don’t feel like I’m getting any help

I don't have the technical skills!
I don't have the technical skills to keep up with this platform. I wish I'd chosen something more user friendly. I spend so much money each month, and have for a year now, and the only really good thing is the stability of my course. I do know how to make most of the changes I'd ever want to make to the website being generated. But, when e-mail updates were needed for some reason, I was given links to articles that I don't really understand. And I don't know how to make changes to the funnel or even find copy that has been uploaded to it. Overall I feel like I'm overpaying because I don't have fluency in the functionality of this program. I need a for-non-IT course in how to use it.

So far, a really good experience
So far, I’ve really enjoyed learning how to use the Kartra platform. It is a bit complicated and not very user-friendly for a non-tech like myself, but there is lots of support in the Facebook messenger chat, Facebook group and via email, and I really appreciate it. I would love some features like side-by-side buttons in the memberships, and an easier way to customize the checkout page, and I accidentally sent a welcome email to my entire email list because I some of the features don’t have how-to videos in the Kartranaut teaming yet. I do love how there is a lovely email sequence after joining, lots of check-ins via email, and I have to say, overall it’s been a good experience. I know once I learn the platform better it’s going to be great.

Kartra.com are brilliant with their customer service. Whenever I get stuck I just email them and wait over night (due to different timezones) to get my answers, then I am able to follow their instructions and fix my problem.

Expensive and hard to use
Software is so expensive and is really hard to use. Hard to keep things saved without possibly overriding all hard work if auto save is on…just generally not user friendly even with drag and drop, so much can go wrong unless you’re an absolute expert. Losing $150/month and can hardly figure out how to get things connected and not sure how I’m going to be able to start a small business through it. I wish I could start paying a % of money I make or something.
Hard to find kartra help Center to talk to someone and get issues resolved. Kartra fb won’t allow you to post your issues for others to help. Just generally unhappy with it but not sure where else to go so I guess you get my money for now.

It's "OK". Initially, I was excited to use the software, but it became to confusing and challenging. Now I'm learning to maintain the software I dont care for it as much. I would suggest making it user-friendly for non-IT business owners.

No french /portugese - I dont speak english!
It is only in english (do not exist in french or portugese) This messsage has been written by my wife. I had to cancel my contract only because of that. I use IO because it is in french.
Everything seems so complicated when you do not understand a thing in the system. That s the reason I put only 1 star. I try to explain that when I stop my subscribtion but they did not say a thing about the fact that there is not the language french
