fast and quite reliable
The orders are taken in a quite standard and efficient way. So the general feedback is quite positive. However, as a company resided just a few kilometers away and necessary to place orders over the year, I would like to ask for free delivery, really appreciate if accepted.

Good and prompt support from the service team
This was my second time purchase with Karton.EU. The first time was fast and problemfree. This time, there was some problem with the DPD delivery after I changed the delivery address to a DPD paketshop as guided by DPD website. The delivery took 2.5 weeks, including 1 return to the seller. The service team took immediate action after I informed the problem with DPD and the paket was delivered successfully eventually, special thanks to Frau Kabat for her support in this matter.

Very Angry
I am very angry with the person who delivered my package. I reveived a Email telling me that he or she missed me when he or she delivered my package. But on that day, I was at home all day. Because I lived on the fifth floor, this person just did not send my package to me and told a lie. And I had to go to a place wiich is far from where I live to get my package. I am very angry with this,

Guten Tag, das ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich. Da wir aber unsere Ware nicht selbst ausliefern und auf einen anderen Dienstleister angewiesen sind, liegt das leider außerhalb unserer Macht.
Time to change the partner of delivery
The boxes are cheap with really good quality, but the delivery from DPD is really disappointing. I know this is not fault of Karton.eu, but reputation influenced by this kind of delivery service is not worthy.
