The store had exactly what I had asked for at the right price.
The guys who delivered the bed I had purchased assembled it quickly and efficiently.

The men turned up when they said and done a very professional job

Kind, caring and helpful staff. I needed a riser recliner chair urgently and the lovely chap in the showroom let me have their showroom model because of my situation. It was delivered this afternoon by lovely chaps. Everyone at Karpet Kingdom are so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your excellent service and quality furniture. I would recommend people to shop at Karpet Kingdom.

Would just like to thank Steve and his team for a fantastic service. We have just finished a complete house renovation and they have supplied us with everything from new carpet, LVT flooring, new sofa, bed and even some artificial grass. Every order we made was sorted with very efficiently and great product knowledge. Big shout out to the delivery guys always really helpful and nothing to much trouble 👍 Great to use a local company and would highly recommend them.

I have sat on this for a week as don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel strongly that the gentleman was well out of order. I am giving 2 stars as the lady was very helpful. Such a shame as would of given 5 star if the gentleman had not been so rude and unhelpful. Was going to get carpet and vinyl fitted. Had brought a rug on the Fri 9th served by a lovely lady. When it came to book the measuring I saw a older gentleman who was sat at his desk. I was not offered a particular day I was just told the fitter would be there Monday 12th. I asked for a time scale like am or pm. He replied with " it will be sometime that day it do not bother me as I am on holiday next week " I found his attitude and customer care was unacceptable. As it is I cancelled the fitter man and shall take custom elsewhere. The person I was with was going to look into getting a sofa from there but like me shall not use the shop. Such a shame as I do like to use and support the independent businesses around the area.

Absolutely fantastic service from carpet kingdom from sales right through customer service and delivery. A special mention to the delivery men Terrence and Ryan who managed to get a very awkward sofa in. They worked their socks off and it's very appreciated.

I was given plenty of time to look around 👌help was there straight away when needed 👌the guy arrived to measure the kitchen he was friendly very helpful 👌fitter arrived having phoned first to tell me he was on his way 👌 what a NICE person to have in your home....made the job look easy.... 👌And he never complained about being annoyed by deaf dog and fat cat....so thank you. Experience was 1st class from start to finish.price was excellent. service excellent.... thank you all

We had a problem with delivery damage to an item. Within half a hour the boss was at our house giving us good options to correct the issue. Things happen, the quality of a company is how they resolve it. We can not praise them more highly for there response.

We choose a perfect carpet, and paid in full two weeks ago. We had a phone call two days before fitting to be told it had been SOLD to someone else. We ordered furniture to be delivered the following day. The carpet was sold and fitted for other parties a week ago. No assistant manager, or manager called to apologise. We went into the shop for the refund, they could not care a less, just walked away. NO CARPET - NO APOLOGIES. We were going to use them for whole house. No way now.....

What a nightmare company to deal with .
In 2023 I had a bathroom floor done with Karndean right from the start I complained the floor wasn't supported properly and floor in parts were lifting I chased and chased the shop for someone to come out then over a period of months 4 people came out on separate times and agreed the floor wasn't right . The fitter who did it said "I knew it wasn't right when I did it.
The owner Stephen was a complete pig to deal with
Someone from Karndean was brought in as Stephen had the cheek to say it must of been the flooring itself was a fault (it clearly was not ) .
So after nearly 12 months Karpetkingdom they came out and fixed it but at first refused to pay for floor under Karndean to be put right but finally payed abit twds it .
Luckily the final fitter who came out was lovely kind and helpfull
I would not touch this company with a bargepole it used to be very good but definitely isn't now.

I have read some awful reviews about Karpet Kingdom but I can only speak as I find, and I found they were extremely helpful and polite. I had my landing and stairs carpet fitted by them today by their fitter, Max Taylor, and he made a first class job and I can thoroughly recommend him and Karpet Kingdom for a Job well done. Thank you.

We had problems with the suite, manufacturers fault, Steve and Robert were on the ball sorting the problems for us,we also give 5 stars to their delivery team were outstanding, all in all we rate this company on service, delivery and most of all the aftercare. We would certainly recommend this great company.

My elderly parents had a carpet fitted by this company. The fitters caused some damage on the day of fitting and upon phoning to discuss this with Karpet Kingdom, my mum was treated rudely over the phone and told it was her problem not the company’s. The man on the phone was disinterested and unpleasant, dismissing my mum’s concerns and practically hanging up on her. Disgusting customer service - something which seems common knowledge having asked around. Do not use, especially if you need a little extra support because you are elderly or struggling in some way.

This is in relation to furniture purchased and not carpets

From the moment we walked into the store we could not have had better service from Steven Bligh. He was not pushy and basically said if you have any questions then just ask which we did after having a look at items we were thinking of purchasing. He was extremely helpful offering sound advice to our questions obviously drawing on several years of retail experience. We did not purchase anything that day but went back a few days later mainly due to Steves assistance. Not only did we purchase the original item we were looking at but three other items as well. We were told the what the minimum delivery dates were and kept informed about the progress. Delivery was excellent as were the staff delivering it. I would certainly purchase from Roger Harrods again based on our recent experience.

My father in law is 99 years old. He lives in a residential bungalow in Carlton Hall Village. These bungalows were originally carpetted by Karpet Kingdom of Lowestoft. We went there originally to select colour approximately 4 years ago.

After a fall his bedroom carpet was left covered in blood and needing replacement.

I contacted Karpet Kingdom on Tuesday 14th September and explained the situation. They said their carpet fitter lived "around the corner" and he'd call in at 1700 hrs on that day.

By 1720 hrs he still hadn't arrived. As my 99 year old father in law was now getting confused, I rang the shop. After chasing the fitter eventually turned up.

Clearly he'd forgotten their appointment.

He couldn't get out of the place fast enough! I'm assuming he was in the middle of eating his tea.

When asked when will I hear from you I was told in the next two days.

And that's the last we heard.

I contacted my usual carpet supplier in Beccles. They came, on time. The cost and colour were agreed on the day. An appointment has been made to fit.

Clearly they value custom. They also recognise vulnerable customers.

Good and bad bits, not sure if I would recommend tho
