I found Karmly easy to set up and use. It's a great tool to track my projects, and invoice directly to my clients once the job is complete. I love being able to see my billable total in real time, and also keep track of my time spent over the week.

And best of all this product is FREE!

The costs of running a small business can add up quickly and having an easy to use, free tool, that makes managing administration easier for a small business is truly appreciated by me.
My two favourite features are the invoicing and the timer. There is no other free customisable invoice programs available that I am aware of. This will save my small business so much money. As a small business your time is precious and money, so this tool is great to actually get an understanding of how long tasks actually take you and be able to easily attribute it to a task and client.
Highly recommend this program. And remember it is free, so what do you have to lose? Nothing.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast Karmly made sense. The more I used it, the more I found its functionality completely replaced a number of other software packages I regularly used for time tracking and task management. It's now my go-to for simple project and time management as well as invoicing.

Karmly is easy to set up and use straight away. Track your time with the push of a button and allocate it to a specific task or project when you're finished. I love the 'interruption' feature: when my little ones need me or a different client calls, i can pause the task and keep tracking when I can focus on the first task again.
Invoicing is super easy, with adjustable invoicing periods and the work you have done in that time gets added automatically.
You can also invoice in units rather than hours, making it really customisable to your work conditions.
I could keep going on about all the other great features, but the best is, that it's FREE! Have a try, you will not waste your time!

So easy to set up and use. Seamless integration with Xero for accounting purposes. Being able to easily access the timer for those start, stop and interruptions and allocate to the right client is invaluable. Beats my spreadsheet workings hands down.

Unlike many of the other project management apps out there, Karmly is designed specifically for freelancers. The time tracking and time management capabilities are more usable and freelancer-specific than any other I've tried (and I've tried a few!) It's a great tool that combines and streamlines features usually provided on separate and often paid programs, allowing the user to organise project management on through to invoicing, with a great flow between functions. And they offer it all free :)

Karmly is an excellent piece of software for any freelancer. The user experience is really smooth and simple and I LOVE the customisable dashboards. Karmly has some really great tools to track the hours you have spent on projects and what the rest of the week looks like. The best thing is it is FREE! I would highly recommend anyone who wants to track their time and invoice clients to check this out for sure.
