Karma Auto Transport Reviews 

I booked an appointment pretty late, within a week of needing the car picked up. Bobby at Karma told me they'd be able to meet my 2-day window. He also promised that if for any reason there were any issues, I can always cancel and get my money fully refunded. A day before that window, a carrier called and said they'd only be able to pick up a few days after my window, which wouldn't work for me. I called Bobby and informed him and he said he'd continue looking for a carrier but it may be tricky this late. I did end up getting someone to come get the car on the day I needed it which was a big relief. The carrier was asking if I'd be able to pay on pickup, and it was for an amount higher than I was quoted. I was confused so I called Bobby who told me that he would coordinate and sort it out with the carrier. He did, and I only had to pay what I was quoted on delivery, not pickup. He was very reassuring that I would not have to pay any amount over what I was quoted which was very relieving because I've read lots of bad reviews for other brokers where people had been baited and switched for a higher cost on delivery.
Delivery did end up being very late at night (1:30am) but I was willing to do it in order to get it over with and have my car. It is hard to predict when the shippers will arrive with your vehicle because of how they have to do other pickups and deliveries which can change last minute.
Overall, I was happy with how Bobby handled the customer service end of this transaction, and it was a decent price too.

Karma is very easy to work with. 100% communication, 100% friendliness. I would definitely work with you again.

Good company to work

I have to admit. I was skeptical at first. I had just had a really bad experience with another vehicle shipping company, and I was not convinced. However, Nick at Karma Auto Transport delivered on everything he promised and the process went smoothly. I am relieved and would use Karma again.

Timeline:
I needed to transport my car from the Northeast to the Deep South. I submitted my order on Wednesday, and by Friday afternoon, I received a call from Alex, the dispatcher at Bur Transportation Inc. Both Alex and the driver were highly responsive and professional. The driver picked up my car Friday night and delivered it on Sunday early afternoon. It seems he drove overnight to complete the delivery in less than 2 full days, covering over 1,330 miles — a trip that typically takes 4 to 6 days.

Final Thoughts:
After my experience with car transport, I honestly considered driving the car myself because this industry is unfortunately filled with unreliable and dishonest people. I was extremely frustrated with the first car carrier I worked with — they were completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and the agent repeatedly told me they were “working on it” without any guarantees or proper communication. They treated me as if I were overreacting.

If you truly need a reliable carrier to deliver your vehicle, I can’t recommend Karma enough. Their near-perfect Google reviews are well deserved. They never left me feeling anxious or ignored. From start to finish, they stood by their word and delivered with professionalism and clear communication (Order #1242)."
