Missing item – super poor customer service.
I placed order #129145 for two motorcycle helmets. When I collected my parcel on 28th August, there was only one helmet inside.
I have contacted the shop several times, but they do not respond to any of my messages. Unfortunately, I am still missing the second helmet and no solution has been offered.
Very disappointing experience – I cannot recommend this shop. Please don't waste your money here.
