Karen's Diner: On Tour 

This Karen’s Diner uses Hate speech including (but not limited to) racist, sexist, aggressive, overtly offensive comments such as ethnic or gender stereotypes, verbal and physically assaults and personal attacks, name calling, harassment and insults. This must shutdown.

We arrived after spending hundreds on tickets, only to find out the event was nonexistent! No venue had ever been secured, leaving us out of pocket by a significant amount. An email arrived only after the supposed event date, citing cancellation due to illness, but when we checked with the venue, they confirmed no booking was ever made. Many others faced the same predicament, and there was no feedback from the company—avoid giving them your money!

Was booked for my birthday pressie from my sons in nottingham on 19th oct at 1.30 at escabars . Well we went and guess what they didn't turn up . Restaurant was closed in darkness . No communication from them wouldn't trust the karen on tour lost out on cash and sons upset as they brought as a prescent

food tastes like pewp. wait no poop. pewp is a bootiful fairy. anyway staff was mean 😓 patty was dry. burger buns were stale and hard. lettuce tasted like.. voMiT everythung was bad and would never come here again! made me sing (ahhhhhhhh) or threatened to sue >:( . one waitress took a big bite out of my bugger burger i mean . let me speak to ur manager i am SEWING . wait NO PEWPING . i mean sueing . i think. heh.

Our host Shannon was great! Quick witted and able to handle the bammin up back. Made our night great with plenty laughs. Food was lovely too as were the drinks!

0 stars! Had 14th September booked for the Plymouth event. They were no shows! Venue informed us they cancelled when we arrived. We haven't had any word from them since we booked in May. Will have to try and get a refund

I wish i could leave 0 stars. Booked this in may for today in plymouth. Got to the venue, and after asking a few members of hotel staff we were told that karens diner cancelled the event. Did they let us know?? Of course not. Have they offered a refund?? Of course not. I will be fighting for my refund now, and taking this further. Absolute SCAM!!! How is this even allowed?? 😡

SCAM SCAM SCAM - do NOT give your money to this company, they will ghost you without delivering what you paid for. Criminals.

SCAM. DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER ONE YEAR. GOT AN EMAIL THEY CANCELLED THE EVENT AND I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK BUT NOTHING HAPPENED

So, I can’t give a minus or watch out do I had to rate 1. I’m ashamed to say I was scammed by this set up. I’m an honest hardworking person (as we all are) please do not go near this concept , DONT buy . 10 tickets paid for an event on 14th July 2024. Karen’s diner on tour (well under the guise of ) changed the date .. I know now, it’s the way they scam . So please please please swerve this. The fraudster behind this will hopefully get caught … I’m going to try my best make sure you do… I’m fuming

Took the bookeding and payment, changes the dates, no refund no emails, had to resort to a bank chargeback. Atleast they live up to their reputation of absolutely discgrafull customers servic

My Sister and I went to the Roasting Britain by Karen's Diner tour at Jukebox in Romford. We had a brilliant time and the servers were excellent. The food was good too. We would definitely do it again!!

I booked Karen’s on tour and they took my money but emailed me that they have changed the date. None of my party can make the new date. I emailed to ask for the refund and explained this.
I’ve not heard anything from them, and can’t find anyone to call. I paid via Klarna, so I have requested the refund from them. But as it stands I have not had my money back or any response from them.

Went to Karen's diner in Manchester with my brother and friend fizz was funny everything was good apart from the girl at the front desk was missable

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star as the event was fake, venue knew nothing about and it and still trying to get my money back!

AVOID TOURING AT ALL COSTS!!! Stick with permanent sites only.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a male member of staff towards my disabled son over the phone! He simply rang to make a reservation and was spoken to terribly and was left upset.. I understand the concept of staff being rude whilst dining at the restaurant thats the whole idea. But whilst trying to book a table is a complete different service.. was quite looking forward to going. But after that wouldn't try there. Totally inappropriate and uncalled for..

I turned up to the event, only to be told that it had been cancelled. It is now 7 months on and I still haven't had a refund. They have also stopped replying to my emails. Please save yourself money and hassle - DO NOT BOOK!

Absoloutely dreadful - do NOT waste your money! £130 on two tickets - the food was appalling you would get better in McDonald’s! Burger and chips similar to kids birthday party meal and frozen mini desserts no drinks or even water included in the price. Apart from food - the acting was embarassing! Not witty at all, just a man with a microphone screaming swear words and telling everyone to F off.
