All companies can have bad employees!
Kareloto is a company specialized in Chrysler vehicles and parts. I ordered and paid for 5 used headrests for a Voyager, I included photos and a copy of the identification plate, the color was not a priority. 8 days later I received the package but the fixings did not match, it must be another Chrysler model. The color also differs.
I contacted them immediately and they answered me that they will send 5 more. 10 days later nothing received, I send a reminder. 2 days later no reaction and I'm worried. I become threatening with the Web as a tool and 48 hours later I receive my 5 articles, 3 of which are also even the same color.
If only the guy in charge of orders had taken the trouble to do his job right the first time I would have given them 5 stars!
