We sat on a "Womb" chair at a hotel and decided we had to have one--the thing is soooo comfortable, you don't want to get up. After searching around and seeing a range of prices, the Kardiel offering seemed high quality, not a cheaply made item, and not WAY out of budget as some other mid-century companies. We had to wait a couple months, but it was totally worth the wait. The chair is exactly the color and texture we wanted and we are very, very happy with this purchase. My wife and I play "shotgun" with this chair. I will certainly recommend Kardiel to my friends and already have my eye on a desk.

You can tell the quality of a company’s products by the packaging. In the case of the sofa, the packaging is excellent, totally recyclable, easy to bread down and at the same time adequately protecting the product inside. I know how important the packaging is as well as product design.

This product is as close to the actual Florence Knoll sofa as you’re going to get, right down to the white cloth covering over the sofa while in the carton. I know this for a fact as I have had a lot of experience with Knoll products, particularly sofas and chairs.

The Customer Service was quick and responsive when requesting fabric samples. My new sofa is in the cashmere wool blend, very soft, feels like high quality flannel. I prefer black leather but wasn't in my price point.

I love my new Florence Knoll inspired Sectional Sofa and would buy another one in a heart beat. Of course, will have to see how it does over time but feels and appears to be durable (I keep a sheet over it though) for everyday use. So far after a couple of months use the tufted buttons have not let loose or fabric covered caps have not come off.

Just received my Amoeba Chairs in Cashmere wool and I absolutely love them! the finishing is fantastic, they look perfect and are so comfortable. My family has already spent hours reading on them. Kardiel did a great job helping me out find the right pieces and when I changed my mind and wanted to add ottomans to my order they guided me through the process in a great way. I am in love with my chairs and Kardiel!

We ordered the Jackie couch and are loving it! Great style, comfortable and affordable. I'd definitely order from Kardiel again!

I had a very bad experience. The website said "4 in stock" when I ordered my desk on May 10th. As soon as I paid, I got an email saying "out of stock until May 23" then an email shortly thereafter saying "estimated shipping on July 5." July 5th came and went, so I sent an email to inquire. Only in response to my inquiry did I find out that it might be mid-August, and even that could not be guaranteed. I asked them to refund all my money which they had been holding for 2 months and bill me when it actually ships. This was against their policy, so after waiting 2 months I cancelled my order. I was able to get a new desk from another website immediately. They need to be more honest about delivery dates (how does 4 in stock turn into 3 months) and they need more customer friendly policies. Simply blaming it on the manufacturer as they did is not acceptable. This is a complete service failure.

My husband and I have been loving our recent purchases from Kardiel. I have recommended the website to all our friends - literally EVERYBODY comments on our furniture when they come over and I recently had a big MCM collector of over 40 years visit and he and his wife couldn't get over the quality and authenticity of design. I've already ordered a set of the matching chairs to our sofa - my only regret is that I didn't order them sooner ;))))

Incredibly happy with this couch! The color is amazing, and it's such a standout piece of furniture. Comfy enough to stretch out on, and beautifully constructed. The Jackie loveseat says it's a 2-seater, but 3 people can easily and comfortably sit on it. Kardiel's customer service was also on point when I ended up having to change which color of couch I wanted. I will mention that I'd paid for inside delivery which specifically stated that the delivery service would send 2 people to carry it inside (the steps up to my house are a bit of a challenge), and the delivery company Kardiel used only sent 1 person. If someone else hadn't been around to help, there's no way 1 delivery person could have gotten the couch inside my house. But otherwise the shipping was quick and I would definitely buy from Kardiel again.

While the sofa we wanted wasn’t yet available, Kardiel was very responsive in letting us know when it would be ready to ship. Shipping was prompt and arrived right when they said it would. There was some minor damage once opened, but their customer service to fix it was fast and superior to anyone else I have worked with. The couch is beautiful and well made. I will definitely recommend kardiel.

What a great company. Easy to use website. Great selection. Found what I wanted. Easy to order. Got shipment when promised. And we love our new orange chair.

We purchased the Kardiel Waikiki 7 piece outdoor patio set. First and foremost, the furniture, on the whole, is crap. From the foam cushions that are too thin, to the fabric that tears and zippers that fall off, you'll be disappointed with the quality of the material and poor craftmanship. You'll also get frustrated trying to solve the mystery, challenge, and inconvenience of trying to get the cushion covers on yourself. And after just 3 months, the fabric has faded badly in the sun.

Next, Kardiel was unable to deliver the furniture without it being damaged. They packed it in boxes that were not ready for prime time and had to do two re-shipments because the furniture kept arriving damaged (they used 3 different carriers who all handled the furniture without care.)

The Kardiel customer service staff were well-intentioned but inconsistent. I had to follow-up several times to try to resolve my order which took well over a month. Despite Kardiel offering a good faith discount for my trouble, on the whole, I still feel like I was ripped off. I would recommend looking at other vendors like Costco or other higher-end providers who can deliver a better product and service for outdoor furniture.

I have ordered 3 large pieces of furniture from Kardiel and am more than pleased with all items. The professional detail on each piece is
outstanding. The detailed information provided for each piece along with the fact that the company both manufactures and ships each item was reassuring.

Customer Service was very helpful and worked with me on material selections for each piece.

All items were packed with extreme care, proper padding around each piece protected it from any potential shipping problems.The shipping company used by Kardiel was both timely contacting me upon arrivals and delivery was smooth and easy.

I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for quality reproductions of mid century furniture.

I love my new ball chair from #Kardiel and so does everyone that visits my home. I painted the wall orange and placed it right under my favorite SHAG print, "Three Coats."

It's become a Kodak moment for everyone that visits. :)

We love our protractor desk!! the only thing better than the product, was the customer care / service. The customer service team at Kardiel (especially Aaron) were extraordinary to work with on several aspects of our purchase. The team went above and beyond our expectations and were delightful throughout the process. It's not often that we are surprised and delighted by service......when we are, we return our loyalty. I ordered a yellow Larson chair for our 1955 Austin home and love it. Beautiful mid-century design and comfortable to sit in. It looks inviting yet not overstated. The colors work perfectly in our house. The quality looks great, and the shipping was pretty fast. One of the plastic feet poked through the box during shipping and got a little pushed out of place, but I hammered it back onto the leg and it was totally unnoticeable. I'm now considering an ottoman.

Kardiel allows you to order items that they do not have in stock. I ordered a chair in a color they do not stock. The website said 8 weeks. I occasionally checked the website, and it said the item would be in stock May 25, which was roughly 7 weeks from my order date. May 25th came, and I emailed Kardiel to inquire about my delivery. They said I was 2nd in line for the chair, and the first person in line would receive their item in June, and I will not receive my item until August. AUGUST. That is 4 months from my order date (April 1.) No one communicated with me about this ahead of time -- at no point was I told it would be 4 months (until I asked.) How in the world is that ok? What a BS company.

The tub looks nice, but the drain connector they supply is cheap and leaked upon installation. When I called to complain, Kardiel customer service offered to send me another one, but I turned them down, as the product was very cheap and poorly made. They also suggested I could purchase an alternate sink flex hose drain part from Amazon, as this is a common problem other customers have shared with them. Why continue to supply bad drain hoses?!? Also, the water lines in the standing floor faucet are too long to connect to a floor mounted water line and still attach to the faucet base. So if your lines are already at floor level or in concrete, you will have a very difficult time (if at all) connecting the water line connection to the hoses built into the faucet. Customer service said they had shorter hoses for some faucet models, but not the one I purchased. Both issues mean a much higher cost if you are paying a plumber, and longer timelines due to poorly designed/manufactured products Kardiel supplies with their tubs, and they know it, but have not corrected the problems.

Beautiful funiture, great service, and fair prices. I like Kardiel funiture. Two years ago I purchased a Kardiel desk, and in 2018 a beautiful Kardiel chair. I value both pieces. They came to my home as promised, without problems. I plan to buy from Kardiel again. My wife gave me the best compliment, "honey, the desk and chair--good job. They look wonderful."

Contour chair and ottoman were exactly what I wanted for my study and the customer service from order placement through delivery was fantastic. I ordered online but would like to visit the showroom in the near future. Thanks Kardiel

We bought the Theadelphia freestanding bathtub with faucet. Both items were very well packed and arrived as scheduled. The tub is very stylish and is made from quality materials as is the faucet. We always hesitate to buy large items, sight unseen, over the internet but Kardiel's prices made the purchase irresistible. We were not disappointed. We even got a follow-up email from the company to see if we were satisfied. How many companies give that extra effort these days? We will definitely check with Kardiel first for future purchases.
