The Delivery Driver was pleasent and He was smiling from beginning to end. The delivery came on time and everything was as we expected.

To Improve: We paid for a Sinhala Greeting on the Cake but it wasan't there.

I ordered a delivery and also paid extra for the video capture service. However, the recipient was not available at the time, and the order was handed over to a nearby shop instead. Because of this, the video capture service was not provided at all.

When I requested a refund for the video service, my request was declined, even though I did not receive what I paid for. While I understand that the recipient’s availability can affect delivery, I believe it’s unfair to charge for a service that was never delivered.

Overall, the delivery itself was managed, but the handling of the additional paid service was disappointing.

Kapruka is my go-to app when I wanna send someone a gift. That's because they almost never messes up the order. Just this once tho... they missed an item, which was quite important.
